The best part is they got me in the same day they got the order from my doctor and my pre authorization from the insurance! Oh yeah did I mention they are even open on weekends and evenings???? I didn't have a stat on my MRI, but I left with the disc and they had my full radiology report the next afternoon. AMAZING!!!! I was so frustrated with the hospital here, because I went to the ER in severe pain and all I got was a pain shot. No X-rays, no scans, nothing to explain the excruciating pain I was in because they had deemed me a "non emergency". Well, turns out I have multiple bulging discs and a bone spur. Thank you medical diagnostics for getting me seen so I could get into my spine doctor the next day.

Yep, they are so busy they stay open that late. And there were people after me! Medical paperwork has gone crazy, and this place is no different. I made an appointment, took the paperwork home, and went back the next day. After a 30 minute wait, it only took about 20 minutes, so no complaints there. The staff was friendly and professional. Will I be back? Hope not!

The initial application or get to know you process is painless, just a normal half inch stack of papers but you would do this in any Care Facility. They love BlueCross BlueShield here. I remember the doctor that saw me I believe her name is Maria was very helpful on asking me the questions and answering any of mine. I cannot really remember when I got this type of treatment in Houston, things like this make me want to move here. Very very clean facility, it's almost like it opened up a week ago or something.

We have Tricare insurance which does pay for urgent care but when my wife went in for an issue (after calling her primary care manager and being casually referred to this location) we received a bill for the visit. After talking to their billing department I was informed that Community Express Care IS NOT AN URGENT CARE FACILITY and thus does not bill as an urgent care visit. After reviewing their website they are very careful to not say they are an urgent care facility. Bottom line: if you are expecting your insurance to cover an urgent care visit make sure they view this location as urgent care because Tricare does not.

Anyways as anybody should know, the first impression of any business would be the front desk personnel or even how things are portrayed when you first walk in, this place was so clean inside and out you would also believe that it would probably have been open for just a week or something. These people here really do have the "Wanting to help you" attitude and even threaten me to the other Clinic where I could get a more thorough exam on what I needed. This business is the smaller of the two and you could find it right across from the larger HEB that is built here.
