I hired Sean to repair a basement window and cover a few entry points where mice were potentially…read moreentering into my house. Sean returned my call within 24 hours of me leaving him a voicemail and was open to taking a look at the work before committing. I appreciated that he wasn't cocky and said, yeah, I can do everything. Sean and my tenant were able to arrange a time for Sean to take a look at the projects. He contacted me within a few days of our first talk with the scope of the work needing to be done. The job seems simple and the cost of materials and labor seemed reasonable. Within a week of our second conversation, Sean worked with my tenant to determine a good time for work to be completed. When finished, Sean texted me before and after pictures. He explained that the angle of some of the pictures wouldn't explain the work all that well and that if i had additional questions, I could reach out to him with further questions. That's above and beyond in my opinion. The window was repaired and the potential mouse entry points were covered up. As of now (2 weeks post work), my tenant reports that 0 mice have been sighted. I was a pleasure to work with Sean. We communicated mostly through text except for that initial phone call. I'm totally fine with text communication because it's fast and convenient. The final cost was exactly the amount that Sean quoted me initially. No surprises with money is awesome! I highly recommend Sean and his handyman skills for your home projects. I will be reaching out to Sean again when needs arise. Thank you, Sean!!

Which was bad, considering we're from Stevens Point, WI and our camper was at a State Forest site south of Boulder Junction, WI. The good was that the vehicle became disabled in Ironwood, instead of the sparsely populated area of northern Michigan we had intended to go for the day. After getting advice from some helpful local folks, we contacted Ramme Collision Center. They got the problem stabilized enough to enable their tow truck to haul ours to their shop, called for new replacement parts, and had our problem fixed in approx. an hour and a half. And at a very reasonable price! Very professional, courteous and friendly folks to deal with. Thank you so very much!
