Alan told me to contact the local utility and he'd work with them about an alternate drop location for the electrical service. Turns out Xcel has bub phoning then for over a month and was told that Lindquist was waiting for me. They never called me back to ask. When shed why on 5/10 they said they have so many proposals that they can't keep track. Alan was supposed to call this morning but still haven't heard back. I'd leave zero stars if possible. I'd avoid them if it all possible.

Two different colors of siding neither of which match original siding and Muzzy left uncaulked and unfinished. Window was not finished, door and window did not have trim. Trim was removed and never replaced. Water supply and drains hoses were left hanging or dragging along wall and floor. Muzzy NEVER responded to numerous calls and messages over several YEARS regarding these issues. You will be wasting your money and have to hire someone else to finish the work.

He was pleasant when I first met him. He was referred to me from a friend of friend. He said he could start in a couple of days and would be done in 6 weeks. My first red flag should have been that he needed half down, written in three individual checks, two of the checks for $5,000 each so he could access the money immediately so his bank wouldn't put a hold on them. Liked his ideas, etc. and hired him. Each month went by with zero activity. I would reach out and each time he said he was going to be there in two days. This lasted for 3 months. I finally told him I no longer wanted him to do project and return my money. Now that took months and involving the Sheriff's Department eventually. It took over a month by mail, with his lies continuing saying it was in the mail. Then I get a check, and he confirms to the Sheriff's Department that funds are available. Guess what, funds weren't!!! Another call to the Sheriff's Department. He also didn't return all of the money stating he had over $6,000 in restocking fees! I call entire bs!!! Nothing was ever delivered, etc. I don't think he ordered a think and just took my money and ran. In talking with others now, sounds like him and his cronies have been doing this to other people. It is so disheartening and always want to trust people. Putting this out there so moving forward no one else has to deal with him stealing your money and running!!! What a disgrace to humanity!!!!!

If ZERO stars was an option, I would choose that…read more I called Wayne Nasi Construction today to inquire about an estimate needed for my insurance claim. The gentleman I spoke to cut me off and said (this is a direct quote) "We are not interested in your job" and hung up on me. I then called the HR department. No answer. I eventually got a call back, but I will elaborate on that later. I decided to call the initial number/extension to get an explanation for not being interested in the job. The dame guy answered proceeded to cut me off (another quote) "Yeah, Yeah a roof I know." I asked him for his name for future reference and he wouldn't give it to me. He told me especially if it has insurance involved they aren't interested, they are too busy and (another quote) "Screw Off." Later I got a return call from the HR rep. She too told me they are too busy. I tried to explain to her busy or not that is no way to speak to a potential customer. She continued to try to make excuses for the previous guy being so rude. At least the HR rep was somewhat polite. So, if you have an insurance claim or don't like being talked down to or someone being absolutely rude with you DO NOT call Wayne Nasi Construction they don't want your insurance money.
