He contacted me within a few days of our first talk with the scope of the work needing to be done. The job seems simple and the cost of materials and labor seemed reasonable. Within a week of our second conversation, Sean worked with my tenant to determine a good time for work to be completed. When finished, Sean texted me before and after pictures. He explained that the angle of some of the pictures wouldn't explain the work all that well and that if i had additional questions, I could reach out to him with further questions. That's above and beyond in my opinion. The window was repaired and the potential mouse entry points were covered up. As of now (2 weeks post work), my tenant reports that 0 mice have been sighted. I was a pleasure to work with Sean. We communicated mostly through text except for that initial phone call. I'm totally fine with text communication because it's fast and convenient.
