For example, the video player: - lacks a full-screen mode - lacks subtitles - can't be rewinded if you miss something - doesn't tell you how much time is remaining I understand they don't want folks fast-forwarding all the way thru, but several times I wanted to go back just a few seconds to re-read some on-screen text (remember, the video is teeny tiny especially for those of us with weaker eyes) or repeat what they just said so I could take notes, and my only option was to refresh the entire page and start the video all over again. On a 2 or 3min video clip this wasn't a big deal, but some clips are 20+ mins long and having to start all over was especially frustrating. With the video player coming up the size of a postage stamp, a full-screen button and/or a subtitle option would really make it easier on students! The text-based content has a few minor spelling/grammar mistakes or missing words. The screen also doesn't tell you how many pages are left in a chapter. Again, this makes it difficult for the student to pace themselves or plan ahead (i.e. "I can finish this chapter on my lunch break"). As for the contents of the videos, again they are really old-fashioned. One video has a copyright from 1994. The videos don't acknowledge any modern vehicle safety systems (such as blind-spot detection, automatic braking, automatic headlights, or any kind of driver-assistance system that has been on vehicles for the past 10+ years now). There's also an awkward clip of the two men's velvety wing-backed chairs pressed firmly together, with their (the men's) legs almost touching. Why are these men sitting so close together?

Customer Service: The customer service is great.. When there is staff/students. We can all agree what general hospitality should look like, especially in a business setting. I will say it is very unprofessional to have an appointment set a week out, show up 10mins before your appointment and be told "That person isn't going to be here for two weeks..." "I can't schedule you until I know who's going to be here". As an establishment (students or not) you give no notice to customers? Hmmm.. very bold of you. Quality/Quantity: I have been here before and there's a great menu of services. Anything you may request they can do for you. Side Notes: As always keep in mind most staff are students and this is a school.

The instructors made the experience fun and exciting to come to school everyday. They were encouraging when things got hard. And they were very knowledgeable about not only the services we learned to do, but also the products in the industry and up to date with latest trends. The facility itself is also a great site. It is big and spacious and has all the latest equipment. I appreciate my education experience and will take it with me into my future, that I know will be a success!!
