Great Italian ice cream. The selection and flavors were great and the taste was fantastic. You can get 2 flavors in the same scoop

Delicious gelato and super cute place. It's right across the tram at Petrin. The worker was really patient and nice as we sampled a few flavors. The other angelato location had a really rude staff. Come to this one!! The sorbets are solid.

Best. Gelato. Ever. If you're ever in Prague, you have to stop at Angelato. There's usually a long line, but it's worth the wait. The flavors are so fresh and rich, and the texture is perfect. Crowd favorite seems to be the black coconut ash flavor and the strawberry or lemon sorbets. I loved the ash, the hazelnut, and the pistachio! This is definitely a two-scoop kind of place, so get ready to treat yourself!

Not really much to say. One of the best ice creams which you can ever have. This branch has an advantage that it´s bigger than the one close to Wenceslav square so there is more space to sit and enjoy it right there. Enviroment is cool and relaxing. I tried blueberry ice cream yesterday and it became my favourite so far. One thing is interesting. They don´t have a bathroom there. They have to let you to the hotel next to this place (but you go through the indoor). Which is actually perfect because there is a cool aquarium with sea water in the hotel´s lobby and they haver little shark there + some small fish. It looks impressive.

Size: 2 portions (75kc). Got 3 flavors: orange hibiscus sorbet, ginger cardamom, and rooibos tea.

Now that I've tasted other ice cream offerings in Prague, I must come back to say that Angelato is still the best. Texture and density is perfect. Just the right amount of sweetness. Incredible flavors. Consistently friendly and quick service. Be sure to check online for their limited monthly flavors. Also you can purchase a pint to take home:) Onto my review of flavors: Pistachio- still my fav. Slight nutty sweetness. No artificial taste whatsoever. Olive Oil and Basil (available now in April)- it's a must try! The basil is sweet and the olive oil rounds it out. Avocado (available now in April)- sweeter than I had imagined, very fruity, nice to try but it's a bit too sweet for my tastes, of course I know it's ice cream not guacamole.. Orange Hibiscus Sorbet (past flavor, March)- zippy, yummy, sorbet texture was somehow delightfully creamy and not icy Ginger and Cardamom (past flavor, March)- wow! Just wow. Really can't wait for this one to come back. I like ginger but honestly thought it would be too spicy based on other (delicious) ginger ice creams I've had in the States. It it was perfect, just the right amount of spice balanced with light vanilla sweetness. If you like chai and spiced sweet flavors, this is a must try. Fresh not candied ginger as is more common in ginger ice creams. I regret not getting a pint of this when it was available. Rooibos Tea (past flavor, March)- mmm a delicious sexy twist on classic vanilla. Very clean tasting, very light sweetness. I do wish the rooibos flavor was a bit more present.

Perfect solution to a hot day in the city. Chocolate sorbet was delicious, creamy but yet not heavy as there's no cream. The salted caramel was also pretty good. The queue seems to be never ending! Free wifi available. Ask for the password nicely and it is given with pleasure. It was 'tiramisu' when I was there ;)

Beautifully decorated ice cream place that seems to be very popular, but honestly I do not understand what the fuss is about. After trying out several flavours I've left disappointed on every visit. Some of the flavours (liquorice, sour cherry) were so bad no one in the group wanted to finish the cup. Even the more classic flavours can't compete with a pot of ice cream from a supermarket.

Café Louvre - Prague ( 8 to 23.30 )…read more We visited Café Louvre on a Saturday around noon, and although the line was long, it moved surprisingly fast. The staff is clearly very well organized and efficient. Service was quick, attentive, and professional. The waiters were elegantly dressed, which added to the classic, old-world charm of the place. We also got lucky and were seated by the window, which made the experience even more special. The food was absolutely outstanding -- truly one of those meals that makes every cell in your body feel happy. Everything was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and comforting, yet refined. You can tell this is a place that takes pride in doing things right. Yes, it's popular and a bit touristy -- but for a very good reason. Café Louvre lives up to its reputation, combining history, atmosphere, and excellent food with smooth, professional service. We highly recommend checking this place out when visiting Prague. It's a classic for a reason.

The selection of pastries was nice and enticing. I went for the Savoy cake, which was surprisingly light and not too sweet. I thought the marzipan would overwhelmingly cloy the taste, but it just helped the cake out. The raspberry lemonade wasn't really much home to write about. It was hot outside, so I opted for a cold drink. Maybe next time I'll get a tea/coffee. Service was prompt and efficient, but not super warm. However, I wasn't looking for the latter, so I was fine with that type of service.

Of the three vegan options, I ordered two, which were (1) whipped cream with banana, and (2) whipped cream with raspberries. Even though we were the only customers in line, it took a while for the employee to get our orders because she seemed to be the only one managing the place. We also wanted to order coffee after placing the order for our chimney cakes, but we never got to because she was too busy making the orders and helping other customers. Despite how difficult it is to eat the chimney cakes without getting it all over your hands and face, there is very little seating available. There were 4 chairs outside, 2 of which were already occupied, and we did not dare going inside because of how hot it was from the oven. Still, I give this establishment 4 stars because I appreciate all of their vegan options!

I am not a fan of the trdelink (chimney cake), could just be me. I tried the ice ice baby and found it only ok. Ice cream was good, not great and neither I or my carb junkie daughter finished the cake. Very boring. Too close to the castle, so very pricey. I dropped almost as much on desserts and coffee here as my dinner preceding it. I would stick to the crepes myself. And yes this must be affiliated with MLS since the napkins had it imprinted.
