I tried calling several more times without anyone answering. I sent them a message on their site and also a text to that same number. At 0945, I receive a call from their manager saying they don't schedule cleaning that early in the morning and wasn't sure why the coordinator did so. Buyer beware on this one as that seemed very shady way to do business that way. BTW, I received a 3 day notification and and 1 day notification that I had an appointment scheduled for 05/17/2023 @ 0900. I called someone else and I won't be doing any business with this firm. I suggest you skip this firm altogether and find someone else. UPDATE 06/19/2023: This is an honest report of what I experienced with SVS. Make of it what you will, but I have not been in contact nor "harassed" anyone with this company since my review. Calling names on this forum (and belittling my experience) is not professional and I think it brings to light the issues with which I dealt . This is why these reviews exist, to talk about both good and bad. Had I had a positive experience, this review would have been more positive. You can make your own decision about whether to use them or not. This was my experience. Owner asked me to remove the name posted so I did, however, does not change my experience with this firm.

The technician thoroughly inspected the house before beginning the process, then sealed every outlet/crack/crevice to prevent any foreseeable potential chemical intrusion. He applied the wash and immediately followed up with rinse to make sure no damage could occur to the property. Before he performed the cleaning, I believe that I was going to need to repaint the entire house. After the service was complete I can see clearly the existing surface and only about need to paint about 10@ where paint was actually wearing out and where staining from the sprinklers was severe. I literally cannot give them enough credit for helping me with the cleaning side of my business, especially since I am 3k miles away. I have a 95% 5 star cleaning rating over the last 3 years (VERY hard to do in the STR business), thoughtful touches like sanitary seal on toilets, and most importantly her team ALWAYS show up on time and finish ahead of schedule. What sets this team apart over other cleaners I've used over the years is how trains her team is that the owner is personally involved. I've seen different cleaners come and go for my units, but they've all consistently delivered the same quality and timely results. That's not easy to do with cleaner turnovers and I appreciate Erika's documented training process. If something is not right, she always offers to send someone back to correct and make it right for my guests, which fortunately are few and far in between. Lastly, she's also been great helping me with some simple maintenance items, like battery/air filter change, and alert me when I need to restock on certain consumable items along with documenting damages. Really a true all-in-one stop I need for day to day operations.
