If that was a double cut, it certainly didn't look like it. To make matters worse, they damaged my trashcan enclosure and never mentioned it. I was willing to overlook it... until I received an email saying they were coming back to mow again--for $65--without my approval or request. I never agreed to recurring service, and I find it incredibly unprofessional to assume permission like that. I hired them based on the claim of 20+ years of experience, but the results and business practices didn't reflect that at all. I won't be using them again, and I suggest others look elsewhere.

I also met with another landscape owner to compete with Yee-Yee. I hired Yee-Yee despite the fact they were actually higher in their estimate than the competitor; with their past experience, they convinced me that they could do the job well. They trimmed my flowers and brought in mulch to spread. They thoroughly cleaned up the total work areas neatly. The only downside was that they accidentally hewed down my beautiful lavender plant, which I replaced with catmint. That said, I was thoroughly pleased with their work; though not gardeners by profession, they did a highly remarkable job, and I would definitely rehire!

I was in a time crunch, living far from the property, and had no knowledge of best lawncare practices. Chad was fast to respond, reliable, and made a HUGE transformation at my property. When he sent me the before and after photos (see attached), I was shocked and relieved. He removed a dead tree in the front yard, identified termites inside of it, and advised me in order to prevent further damage to my home. Without being prompted, he provided expert guidance tailored to the needs of my yard, like advising when/how to spray for weeds, replant trees, and prioritize the grass. The price was reasonable and worth every penny. I've now signed up for their regular service every 2 weeks to ensure the best care and peace of mind. Thank you, you all were lifesavers on this!
