I hired Yee-Yee despite the fact they were actually higher in their estimate than the competitor; with their past experience, they convinced me that they could do the job well. They trimmed my flowers and brought in mulch to spread. They thoroughly cleaned up the total work areas neatly. The only downside was that they accidentally hewed down my beautiful lavender plant, which I replaced with catmint. That said, I was thoroughly pleased with their work; though not gardeners by profession, they did a highly remarkable job, and I would definitely rehire!

He removed a dead tree in the front yard, identified termites inside of it, and advised me in order to prevent further damage to my home. Both Jesus and Elizabeth had wonderful ideas for us to consider. Their company built a brick stairway leading from the side of our driveway and up into the planting area at the front of our house. It is exactly what we had in mind, and looks amazing. We also needed some bricks replace/repaired, and their workmanship was excellent. Lastly, they brought in soil and mulch, and planted a number of plants. All work was completed in a timely manner, and their workers were always on-time, and clearly had pride in their work. Called Nelson and he said that they had ran out of the barrier cloth while doing the job and he went to the store to get more and his helper must have finished without putting the rest of the barrier on. Last fall we finally got around to getting our driveway removed and replaced. The quotes and the neighbors' satisfaction with the companies were similar, but Gator's outstanding customer service really set them apart! The communication was fantastic every step of the process from Diane in the office, Chris the owner, and the super nice crew. We also were impressed that the owner didn't try to get us to widen the driveway until we suggested it ourselves, even though he had thought it would be best if a certain grassy area was filled in with pavement. The crew was so respectful, friendly, polite, and super experienced! Every one of them worked hard to make sure they extended the driveway to the exact spot we wanted, and they were very careful to grade it properly to keep water away from the house as we had requested (since water had been collecting and causing some sinking before). They seemed to take pride in their work and to get a great sense of satisfaction for doing a high-quality job. Since bad weather had postponed the new driveway, the crew even worked the day before Thanksgiving, when many people take the day off. They did not pull the weeds that had grown through the old mulch before putting down the new mulch over the top of it. So a week later all of the same old weeds have grown right back through the thin layer of mulch they put down. They also neglected to edge around the landscape to give it that crisp and sharp edge. I called and asked them to come back and pull the weeds and he was very condescending and disrespectful and said yeah weeds are gonna grow back there is nothing I can do about that except come back and and spray weedkiller on them. Hmmm... Maybe they should have sprayed the weed killer before putting the new mulch in? Or just actually pulled the weeds that were there. I have used various landscaping services through the years and have never been this disappointed. I cannot recommend them to anyone.
