This place and these guys sucks! Should close shop and retire! Asked them to sew two simple 3 inch patches on my Jacket to cover up another embroidered emblem and they couldn't even do that very simple thing right. It came out totally off (misaligned) and they missed the mark. I asked them to correct it and they asked me to wait 5 min, so I gave them a chance to correct it which turned into 20+ min. But when they gave it back to me it wasn't any better. Just completely wasted my time and now I have a destroyed Jacket with holes showing. I would give zero stars if I could. Great place to have your high heels repaired. Owner kept his word from when I called earlier in the day. He said he could fix the heels while I wait. When I came in around 4pm, he initially asked if I could pick the shoes up on Monday. I asked if he could repair them while I wait. Avoid at all cost. I brought my shoes to get some separation glued back together. When I got them back, 8 days later, I could tell this was a terrible job. The shoe looked misshaped. There was still separation, which he had to fix on the spot. On top of that there was glue all over the shoe. Even I know the first thing you do is tape the leather so it doesn't get dirty. Essentially ruined my shoes. I hope I can find someone else who can salvage my favorite pair. I want to help small businesses, but this was a nightmare. read more

Horrible and incompetent. I took in a pair of brown dress shoes for a repair of a small scratch. The shoes were returned to me in worse condition than when I dropped them off. Lazy work. Absolutely inept. I can tell that the staining process used in order to cover the scratch had little to no effort in trying to blend to the color of shoe, let alone the scratch still being visble. When I asked him about the obviously poor effort he became very disvisible and rude. All in all, I just paid this guys $10 to ruin a $100 pair of shoes!!! Go elsewhere. Rude. I walked in and the guy at the front counter whom I am assuming is the owner was having a conversation with his friend and never greeted me or asked how he could help me until I turned around to leave his store. Then when I showed him what I needed to get done he said that it was impossible when Bonita shoe repair said that it was a hard job but that they were willing to do it for $8. When I told the guy that Bonita shoe repair said that they that it could be done he said"well go to them then" and I simply replied that I would and I left. Terrible customer service period. I was willing to give this Mom and Pop store my business and help keep them alive but apparently they have enough clientele where they don't feel the need to make new customers. Used this repair shop for the first time & they did a great job repairing some old shoes that are unique & pretty enough that I just did not want to let go even though the straps are uncomfortable.
