Flores was one of only three companies to bother calling me back, and one of only two that bothered to show up to give me an estimate. My own regular landscaping company - working on my property for three years - didn't bother to return my calls or offer an estimate. Jorge Flores was prompt, unassuming and extremely polite. What's more, when his guys showed up they worked their tails off and did an outstanding job in just a few hours. I'm no longer embarrassed to have people visit my home and see my yard. When I end my contract with my regular landscaper later this month, I'll be going with Flores Tree Service & Landscaping going forward. They are more expensive then several of their competitors, but I've learned you get what you pay for with landscapers. Jorge's team pays attention to detail, works hard and does a beautiful job. **I offer my endorsement of Flores Tree Service & Landscaping as someone who has hired - and fired - several area landscaping companies over the last eight years. Jorge's team is definitely a more thoughtful and detail-oriented team.

As the homeowner I was riddled with anxiety over the tree removal process. Would my driveway crack from the weight of a crane, or if placed on the yard would the crane dangerously compact the soil, threaten the water and sewer lines? And so many more questions. The lead arborist Mike was fantastic. During our first appointment he patiently explained the tree removal process clearly, and responded to subsequent texts from this "Nervous Nellie." On June 18, Mike directed the crew of professionals who worked so methodically using the giant equipment that I was fascinated. In about two and half hours the tree was taken down section by section and some lowered into the chipper truck while huge logs were stacked--to be taken away that morning. When they were done, my lawn was raked, leaf blown, drive way raked and swept. What an amazing team! Beforehand I had gotten 3 other estimates and Boot Road provided the best price but more importantly, the BEST SERVICE imaginable!

Woodchuck was the only company to contact me, since this happened on the weekend. I was skeptical at first since they had no ratings or reviews yet on yelp. But when they were responsive and gave a good quote on the spot, I thought I would give them a chance. They made short work of the tree and paid attention to the small details, making sure to clean the front yard and not cause any damage to the yard with trucks and bobcat. I stood out during a lot of the work and noticed a team that respected each other. It might seem like a trivial point but really showed if you watched them work. The respect showed in their attention to details on the clean up. They left the yard in a state where you could not tell a tree had fallen just 48hrs before.
