I realised when I arrived home that we had been incorrectly charged, we had been charged for a 'discretionary' service charge which is applied to tables of 6 or more and we were only 3 in number. When I realised the pubs 'mistake' I telephoned and made them aware of my concern, the person that I spoke with promised to look into the matter and get back to me. I left my email address for them to contact me ( as requested ) but despite emailing the pub since have heard nothing. I feel that the service now being offered is frankly appalling and would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a nice relaxing evening where your business would be appreciated!
