I went in on Weds for a hair color. Both Katie & Zoga lovingly worked on me. Then, however, I left in a rush for an appt and told them no need to blowdry. When my hair dried though, I found that the highlights were too contrast-y with the base color. Not sure what to do, I debated and then finally called. Kate, the owner, graciously let me come back for an immediate appointment and came over personally to check my hair color. They ended up not only fixing it but making it more than beautiful!!! I usually hate to get my hair blown out because its either pin straight or they give you these corkscrew curls with the brush which makes you look like shirley temple. I had an appointment at 2:30PM on a Sunday and was seated promptly. The lady who washed my hair was gentle and explained what products she was using. Aisha, the woman who cut my hair was attentive to what I wanted. I wanted around 2 inches off, layered and she delivered just that. She always made sure to show me how much she was going to cut and if I was okay with the length. I love how she texturized my hair, which gave it more volume and definition. I ended up loving my haircut with the layers -- not many places know how to layer hair well. They used Paul Mitchell products during my visit and I ended up purchasing a hair serum online when I got home since I really liked how it made my hair look. In all, I would definitely come back if I ever need a haircut and I recommend this spot for your hair needs!

I would recommend a price chart where customers can see exactly what they will pay. I do believe that She kind of guesses a little with her prices. It's important to be consistent with pricing so customers can trust you. As far as lazy workers...I've never seen a lazy person working in her shop so I don't know.
