Let me just say that Susan did AMAZING on my lips and frown lines and I cannot stop looking at my lips Susan paid attention to so much detail on every injection site. While waiting for the numbing to kick in, she asked me what kind of look I was going for. Honestly, A question that I had never been asked so I Didn't really know how to answer. I put my entire faith in her knowledge and expertise, and I'm so glad I did because I feel beautiful. I was given a list of recommendations for my skin (The processes the costs,etc...) for future ideas and let me just say that I am seriously considering their recommendations because honeyyyyy these ladies (Including the Cleaning staff I'm assuming )are stunning and kind. You walk in to the building, and you're just taken into a whole world of self-care and pamper. you will not be disappointed.

The cost for laser seems expensive to me but they say it's a special laser and the providers there have advanced medical degrees and can provide needed after care if there has been an issue. They send email reminder and text reminder of your appointment. They also have a phone line you can text if you're running late or if you want to see if you can get in earlier or change your appointment. Some clients have complained about their appointments being cancelled. That has yet to happen to me. They frequently have specials on services. There are so many services available for men and women. I like that it's a lifetime guarantee. They have many locations in the USA and you can go anywhere which is great if you're a traveler. They have three locations here in Florida that are convenient for me. I am doing this current treatment and based on how it goes- the success of it- I may start another area.

Very disappointing experience after almost two years as a customer…read moreI have been a customer of this spa for almost two years, and after this experience, I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated. My appointments were confirmed on Thursday, including my 9:15 AM appointment. Then, the day before my appointment, I received another message showing 9:45 AM. Based on my previous experiences with their appointment confirmations, I understood that the time had been changed. I also had multiple appointments scheduled that morning, including 9:45 and 10:15, one of which was my Botox appointment. When I arrived, I was told that I was late for my 9:15 appointment. I explained that I had received the 9:45 appointment confirmation and showed them the messages. Instead of calmly looking into the confusion and trying to resolve the situation, the front-desk employee became confrontational and spoke loudly to me. What I found especially unacceptable and aggressive was that she threatened to call the police because I was speaking loudly, while she was also speaking loudly and making the situation even more stressful. I was upset because I felt I was being blamed for a scheduling issue caused by conflicting information from the spa. I was not expecting this kind of treatment, especially after being a customer for almost two years. If there was a misunderstanding with my appointment time, the professional thing to do would have been to calmly explain the situation and work with me to resolve it--not escalate the situation, make me feel intimidated, and threaten to involve the police. I have always believed that good customer service matters just as much as the services being provided. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, completely unnecessary and aggressive. After almost two years as a customer, I never expected to be treated this way. This experience has seriously changed how I feel about returning to this spa.
