I had my first session with Jose yesterday. I've been fighting nerve issues for the past year…read moreafter one of my discs ruptured in my neck. I had ACDF in March, and since then I've had constant pain and rotating nerve numbness and such. I've tried everything! Today I woke up and noticed that my shoulders have dropped a lot to where it doesn't feel like I'm carrying the weight of the world. I'm sore and tender in areas but it's not a bad sore. I already feel tremendous relief in my neck and shoulders. It's been a journey that has almost broken me, but I feel that Jose's work has brought back hope into my life! After several injections, trigger point injections, steroid injections in my spinal column, PT, and many other things - I think I'm on the right path now with Jose. I hope as we work more, I'll start feeling myself again and not feeling like a very old man. I can't thank him enough!
