All Pro Blinds installed blinds for my son's entire house more than 2 years ago and I called this morning and talked to Jeff to just ask for his advice on how I could fix one of the blinds that would only close one way. He said he would check with his technicians in the field to see if they could just come out and assess and fix the problem. Well, within a few hours of my call, Marty and Steven, awesome technicians, came in, replaced a part and hung up the blind in less than 15 minutes.
