When we walked into Bontemps Interiors it was obvious right away that their look was right. Then within minutes, we had discovered that the prices we saw were better than what we had seen elsewhere and in some cases for the exact name brand, color and style. Angela and Maggie listened to what we wanted and were almost immediately able to provide us with photos, fabric samples and actual items from the showroom floor. Do not use this company. I called them out to replace a window on my second floor. They did not…read moreproperly caulk the windows after installation. The wall filled up with water for about 8 months when I noticed the wood floor was wet. When I called the restoration company they quickly determines the window was filled with water. I called them back out to seal the window and the water issue subsided. When I called them back to take responsibility for the faulty installation, they denied responsibility. I have since tried to make a claim against their liability insurance to no avail. No one even came by to inspect the damage and they denied it. Don't get caught with $1000s in damages from a company that doesn't know how to install windows properly the first time. I tried to resolve the issue with the company before posting this review, but they are reckless and negligent and in denial.
