I scheduled my next appointment for six weeks later. The morning of my appointment, I received a call that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because Megan was sick - fine - it happens. I rescheduled my appointment. When I go for my appointment, the laser isn't working. This was upsetting because I drove to The Woodlands from Houston (left work early) and had to reschedule again. Again, not really their fault except they just had the lasted serviced and didn't think about confirming it was working before their next appointment, which could have saved me the time to leave work and go to appointment. They did comp my second session once it was able to happen, so that was nice. Going into my third appointment, which WAS scheduled for tomorrow - I was going to start with a clean slate as we moved forward in this long tattoo removal process. Unfortunately, Megan is not feeling well, so again my appointment has to be canceled. A lot of this may be coincidence, but the issue is also that the front office doesn't seem to be in a rush to get you back on the schedule when an appointment is cancelled and I have yet to not have to reschedule multiple times. The inconsistency is insane. Also, I'm walking around with horrible eyebrows until this process is finalized. I think this place needs better communication and prioritize scheduling better. I also think they need someone else who can take clients for tattoo removal when Megan is out as it seems to be an issue frequently. I was told by the doctor that we would have to address them separately with 2 weeks in between. I thought this was odd and questioned it further and was told by the doctor that he couldn't address them together because of the amount of lidocaine needed. I left his office still questioning his reasoning because both of the moles were removed by my dermatologist at the same time with no issues. However, I understand he'd need to take more tissue, but not that much more. After meeting with another plastic surgeon, my suspicions were confirmed that he could have addressed them together. The other plastic surgeon and I suspect he didn't want to so he could bill my insurance for two different procedures. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR! BEWARE!!

I've now been a client for a little over 5 yrs!! I've done several of the treatments she offers & always leave feeling refreshed & like my best self! I am a part of her membership program, so I get some amazing discounts on products & a free treatment every month. I absolutely LOVE this place. My husband swears she has me aging backwards. I'd like to add, I am a very minimal skin product/routine person.. in my 5 yrs this is the first time I've ever bought product. (Which I'm in love with btw) Leslie has never ever tried to push anything on to me but has always done her due diligence on explaining product & its use when I ask her.
