I am so impressed with Shane and his crew. We had a textured metal roof installed with new skylights and gutters with gutter Rx. I always stress having work done but when observing this hardworking crew working together as a team and their strict attention to every detail I no longer worried. From quote to clean up it couldn't have gone any smoother. And the results are amazing!! I also want to thank the girl in the office. She was so nice and extremely helpful. I highly recommend contacting Shane before settling on another roofing company. We decided to have a metal roof with new gutters installed on our rental home too. It looks like an entirely different house

Last night, my MIL called a " big name" plumbing company in an emergency situation and after 10 minute of snaking the drain, we were told that she had a collapse pipe and that she would need to dig up her yard and possibly part of her home in order to repair it. My mother-in-law was beside herself in tears and the fear that she was gonna have to spend 10k+ in repairs. I had used reliable sewer and drain in the past for my own home and knew that I needed to get a second opinion from him! I called him first thing in the morning, and he came out early afternoon same day! Within minutes, he was able to give us the wonderful news that we did not have a collapsed pipe and that it was just a bunch of tiny roots. He put the toilet back on for us and got her all back up and running! He also noticed that our shower drain wasn't right! It had always been stuck half way since we moved in over a year ago but my MIL never thought to really fix it! He took a look and fixed it quickly! I am so thankful that I came across reliable sewer and drain and will no longer let anybody in my family use anyone else!
