You know it's excellent craftsmanship when JPL/NASA, SpaceX, and Raytheon sends him business (I saw the pallet of parts for these companies). I checked out his shop and work while I was getting my part repaired. Nice guy to talk to, he says he is going to retire soon. I wish he wasn't so I can bring him all my future welding needs. I'll definitely be using him while he is still around. I wish I found him sooner!

Very happy with the finished product.

I contacted over ten different shops, and most either said they couldn't make what I needed or never followed up at all, which was frustrating given that the project itself is fairly straightforward. When I contacted Equipment Design and Manufacturing, the experience was immediately different. They provided a very reasonable quote, and I was relieved to finally get this long-delayed project moving. I've needed these displays made for several years and had nearly given up on finding the right partner. We're working with Jaime, who has been extremely organized and responsive. He and his team were thorough in walking us through design details, material options, and pricing considerations. We received a detailed quote the very next day, and communication has been prompt and clear throughout the process. They also went the extra mile by offering options to help control costs, including powder-coated finishes versus an unpainted brass option, and even discussing specific paint colors. It's clear they're mindful of affordability without compromising quality. We're looking forward to seeing the prototype in the coming days and are very happy with how smoothly everything has gone so far.

They custom-designed two gorgeous side gates for our home and even recommended adding a smart keypad lock for safety and easy access. But what really earned them five stars was their incredible attention to detail and Memo's drive for perfection. He wasn't happy with how the gate looked against our side wall because the wall was old and a bit wavy, so he actually took his work back to the shop to adjust it to seamlessly hide the wall's imperfections. Then, noticing that some of our stucco wasn't flush, he brought extra stucco with him and fixed our wall himself! Exceptional service from start to finish.
