If I could give them zero stars I would. I have rust on the bottom rear corners of my rear doors…read moreon the outside and inside edge of the doors. I asked them to remove all rust and only paint that bottom corner (not paint the entire door). The incompetent estimator advised he could do what I asked and blend in the paint so it would be really hard to tell. He quoted me $200 per door. I agreed and they scheduled the work for almost two weeks later because they are SOOOO busy. Today the work was done so I went to pick it up. They taped off the area and it looks like they just covered it with a thick rubber paint like a Rhino coating. Ok not what I expected and certainly NOT BLENDED IN like he quoted but ok I will live with it. Then I opened the door and found THEY DID NOTHING WITH THE RUST ON THE INSIDE EDGE OF THE DOOR. When I confronted them he told me that it was because I told him I didn't want the entire door painted. WTF?!!! NO I didn't want the entire door painted. Just the corner rust removed and painted. He tried to tell me that I specifically told him not to fix the rust on the inside. WTF AGAIN!!!! That is what/why I specifically went there!! Then he said he told me, at the time of the estimate, the job would be $1,000 to fix all the rust and that I didn't want to pay that cost so I settled for the lesser awful job they did at $400. He NEVER said ANY other price during the original estimate other than the $400. Where he came up with that BS story about $1,000 I have no idea. I told him what I wanted, he knew what I wanted, he quoted me what I wanted, and then their people did an awful job and now he doesn't want to deal with it cause they are so busy. I guess they are busy enough that they don't care about their customers now. This place has NO CUSTOMER IN THEIR SERVICE. I won't ever go back there and will be taking every opportunity to advise others about what happened to me.

They did a shit job on my cars paint and then subsequently damaged the surrounding trim when they…read moreinstalled it. It looks like shit and they have just ignored me for months while they tell my insurance they're going to fix it. Heres the thing, I don't want them touching my car anymore and I just want to be paid for the damages so I can get it fixed at a real shop. They were paid $7,600 from my insurance and another $500 from me in May for this shit work. Secondly they told the insurance company that the noise I'm hearing from the accident is a common issue with cars so now my insurance won't pay for the noise my air conditioner started making during the impact of the accident. In fact the owner Bob didn't hear it at all when I was telling him about it in my initial quote because Bob can't even hear at that decibel so he should probably not be doing that job anymore obviously. So I come back like why is this still making a noise and nobody could seem to hear it except this guy that works in the office. He tells this one technician who can apparently diagnose problems with his ears to take a look at it. Well they never took it apart to see what damaged it in the accident they just wanted me to pay for another quote and $500 for them to fix it. So here's the run down. I buy a new car in March, someone hits it in April, I take it to Precision May 4th. They don't get it back to me until almost June because they didn't even have the parts for it when they took my still running vehicle ,I could've keep using. Now it's August and I'm still driving a scratched up noisy vehicle and they have had their money since May. MY next step is seeking legal counsel this shop is obviously taking on more than they can handle and pumping out shitty work in return. It's been the worst summer of my life driving this "new" car around and fighting my insurance over this shops bullshit. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. UPDATE 8/8/2026 They didn't clip in one of the proximity sensors on the bumper and it just blew back into the bumper cavity which I had to pay $188 to have Olsen Tire fix it. I've attached this invoice. Update 8/14/2026 I discovered today that they didn't fully mount the drivers side fog lamp. I've attached two frames from a video of the condition of my fog lamp. After filing a complaint with the Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection for help mediating this mess I received an Email from Bob who doesn't seem interested in settling this issue out of court in a way that doesn't include me allowing them to work on my vehicle more. Since they are out of my insurance network I am forced to take these guys to small claims court to recover the cost to have Precision's work corrected. Bob was paid without delay for this "work" I unfortunately will not see a pre accident vehicle until after court. Bob has now threatened to "charge me with defamation of character"... I've attached the email. I offered him a chance to settle this out of court and he chose to threaten me instead. These weak and desperate threats should be noted by any prospective customers.
