I ordered a pizza sub and cinnatwists and was extremely disappointed . The pizza sub even with extra cheese was a dried out husk with almost zero toppings and cinnatwists were good but For $20 I expected much better then a dried out bun and small desert. I will probably give them another chance but most certainly will not order the pizza sub . read more

This letter was sent to the owner and BBB. I have not gotten a response, nor has their online menus been updated.: First off, I'd like to say that I do enjoy Andy's Famous Pizza. That being said, I want to let you know about an issue I experienced with my last order with the Strathroy location. I don't normally send complaint letters but in this case, I was so confused, insulted, angry, and disrespected that I was compelled to write to you. I had looked online (Facebook-#1 below-printed menu attached) to find your menu and had placed an order on June 18, 2023 around 5pm. My order was for 2 x #3's (a Large Deluxe pizza, 40 shrimp, and a large salad), and a medium cheese pizza (all for the advertised price of $81.95 + tax + delivery). I made sure to repeat my order on the phone. When I received my order, I found out that it was incorrect! I received 80 pieces of shrimp, 2 large salads, and a medium cheese pizza. I did not receive the 2 Large Deluxe pizzas. I checked the receipt and was charged a total of $72.94. I immediately called to alert your staff that I didn't receive my whole order. They said they'd send out the 2 pizzas right away. I was good with that. However, one minute later, I received a call from the 'Manager' stating that they were right and I was wrong in ordering. They said that whoever took my order had written it correctly and I got what was ordered. Basically, she was calling me a liar!! I had my whole family at the table with me when I had placed the order and I DID NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE!!! Then the 'Manager' told me that they can still bring out my 2 pizzas but will have to pay the difference. I was ok with that until she told me the total. It was NOT what I had seen on the online menu!! She then said that what I saw was out of date. I mentioned that this was false advertising and that it should be updated or removed! SHE LAUGHED and said they can't guarantee they'd change it. I was dumbstruck! I am shocked at the way I was treated by your staff and manager. Your customer service is non-existing! This is for the Kilworth location. The first time we ordered food there, we were fairly happy with the food and service. There was a very young adult who took our order. Very friendly and even said he would bring our food out to us while we waited in our car. Today, crap all around. The Good: nothing about today's order was remotely good except the chicken fingers were still ok The Bad: service was just ok but not great; couldn't order the assorted sub because THAT location doesn't keep the meat for the sub there...WTeff??? Then it shouldn't be on the menu or a note added to the website indicating that location doesn't have that sub as an option; I ordered extra plum sauce for the chicken fingers...I got 1. Luckily we had extra from a previous order in the fridge. AND...pop inventory sucked...it's Thursday. Why are you out of pop??? There were maybe 7 bottles in a two fridge total to choose from. The Ugly: the food! horrible! rings, fries were near burnt and tasted like fried in old oil; the pre-frozen tiny shrimp were over-breaded...dinner a waste of money. Will NOT order from there again. Strathroy location. Waaaay overpriced. $30 for a pizza that I could have bought in the frozen food section. Service fee for ordering online. Barely any toppings or sauce on it. Customer service was friendly but only when the girl was done showing a co worker how to use the debit machine. I was ignored until that was done even tho I was the only one in the store. Food is okay, but overpriced. Don't even bother with delivery. This evening's order was 50 minutes late and the food was cold. I have yet to ever get an order on time, it is usually at least 30 minutes late. read more

Ordered wings two flavours dry rub and honey garlic....very good. Delivered quickly and the driver was pleasant. A ton of flavours to choose from when choosing.....I'm going to try the panazorottis next. read more

this was my first time trying Andy's Legendary Pizza in Lambeth. I placed my order and waited. the guy was busy washing dishes and 15 mins after placing my order he decided it was time to make my pizza. I didn't know it would take 35 mins to make a pizza and needed to be some place so I asked for a refund. I said if I had known it would be so long I wouldn't have ordered since most places only take about 20 -25 mins and usually let you know if it will be longer. He told me that a refund would take longer than it would for me to wait for my pizza. I needed to leave in under 10 mins to get my son from an appt. I was told that if I wanted a refund I could come later in the evening to get one. It took 7 mins to get him to finally refund my money. In total I spent 30 mins waiting and again said if a pizza is going to take a long time he should have said so. I don't recommend this place. If this was a weekend I could see waiting that long but there was no one else in there and it was a week night. read more

Ordered a couple pizzas, told it would be 30 minutes. Showed up after the 30 minutes, stood in line and waited 5( understandable, the shop was full). When I finally got in I was told my pizzas hadn't even gone into the oven. I explained that I had somewhere to be, I was assured they would be ready in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes more of waiting I went back into the store to get my money back as I could no longer wait( had to pick my child up from daycare by a set time). I was told the pizzas would be another 10 seconds so I waited. Got home and now have to finish cooking them, thanks. Wish you guys were as good as the mt brydges store, what a disappointing experience. read more
