Kendra is prompt and does a great job. I love a great shampoo with a little extra massage of my scalp, and let me tell you, Kendra never skimps on her time. Her personality is still as upbeat and positive as the first day I met her. I appreciate her understanding that I have my service dog, and keep him confined in businesses out of courtesy to others; and that it does not bother her that I wear a mask. She's very supportive and kind with regard to both and I wish I could give her an extra star!! Lastly, she did cut my mom's hair a few years ago, my mom has dementia and cannot get out any longer, but my mom still remembers Kendra and her kindness.
