If they do, they MIGHT STOP TALKING ON THE PHONE but probably NOT!! I bought a very small pack of wet wipes. $9.80. HOW CONVENIENT IS THST FOR YOU. 2 packs of cigs $28 ---/ so I tried another cashier. The cigs went down to $18 and the wet wipes were $4.80. I'm seeing a trend here. So, don't buy the stuff unless you ask for the price first. You will see them act like you are at a yard sale where they charge what they think YOU CAN AFFORD and WILL PAY! Personally, it's JUST A GAS STATION for me IF I GO AT ALL.

My sis loves getting gassed up here! The exterior seemed dated and could use a spruce up. I didn't go inside for anything so I can't comment on the interior. The only drawback is that everyone knows how cheap it is, and about half the time I come here, I have to wait. Especially weekdays around 3:00 or 5:00pm when traffic is at its highest. The gas prices here are sometimes so low, it makes me question if something is up. Pun intended. So far, I've had no problems....

They easily have over 100 gas pumps that serve all types of gas (ethanol free, diesel, unleaded). All the gas pumps were full but it doesn't take long for someone to leave. I finally tried the fudge which was buy 4 and get 2 free. The fudge is delicious. On the inside, they sell everything. Jerky walls, fresh fudge, sandwiches, BBQ, breakfast, snacks, drinks, souvenirs, clothes, etc. I love the Beaver nuggets and they are very similar to popcorn. You can buy a can or bottle soft drink but the fountains are much cheaper. The brisket sandwich was huge and tasty. They have enough cashiers to keep the crowd moving. I will return. The bathrooms are huge and really clean.

Ok, so it's gas...nothing special really. Why five stars....it's certainly not for the location,…read morebut to be totally fair it's not really their fault. You do have to navigate in through one side of the Galleria to get here and typically Costco traffic is some of the worst you'll experience in Hoover. That being said, if you're already going to Costco, it is a nice service that they offer for their customers. They have a price point that beats everyone in town (typically ... and not by just a couple pennies) and they gas station portion is clean as you would expect from a Costco offering. You can experience a line to get gas, but they provide extra wide lanes between the gas pumps so you can go around the person in front of you if a space opens. Should be noted they maintain one way traffic through their gas station...one way in, one way out. Would I go out of my way to go here, probably not..just to avoid the traffic, but, if I'm already here .... I'm totally going to gas up here. Also, don't forger your Costco card, you need to insert it into the pump to initiate the fuel purchase.

I can save a few bucks per tank here because of that, not to mention that gas prices here run a little lower anyway than most places nearby. Cigarettes are under 5 bucks usually, which is also a plus. Tons of pumps so its never crowded or crazy to get in and out of, and a broad variety of items you'd not expect to find at a gas station. Need a deer skin rug? A wooden rocking chair? A locally made take and bake casserole? Local candies and or fudge? A wide enough variety of cheese and wine to put together a nice charcuterie board at home on the fly? And wait....wait....wait a minute....think about this for a second....they have over 50 beer taps and will sell you a pint, a quart, a half gallon or a gallon of whatever you need and the prices are very competitive. Oh yeah...I forgot to mention that there's a permanently attached BBQ truck that sits next to it in the parking lot...so yeah. Just soak all that in and remember that we're talking about a gas station. Super clean bathrooms, nice people behind the counter, great prices all around, and beer, wine and cheese 24 hours a day, (except when its too late to buy the alcohol). Reviewing a gas station may seem a bit odd, but I think this one deserves it. Whoever dreamed this place up is way ahead of the times when it comes to what you expect from a gas station. Hopefully they'll set a trend and more and more places will follow suit. If you're over the mountain, and snobby about your beer, the place is a godsend. When I moved here from downtown, I was genuinely distraught at the notion that I might have to drive across town to really get the good brews. Cowboy's made my worries about that go away. For that I thank them. 5 stars.
