I immediately turned around and went back to Bill's. Explained all to him and he said "well, the mechanic did clean the terminals". I asked if I could get some of my money back and he stated "if you buy these speakers at around $200 I will give you a discount on installing them". He would not return any of my money. I left the premises and have no intention of returning. I feel I was not fairly treated. This happened some months back and I had no intention of writing a review because I thought I could get the situation out of my mind until I recently rode by the shop and it all came flooding back. Last week, I booked an appt and dropped my car at 8:30 AM with the expectation that my car would be done at 5ish like it always was.
