There were not many people waiting for service before I arrived, however, it was close to 5pm so I knew that more people would start showing up soon. When it was my turn, I was told to pull up to the entrance of the garage. One of the workers approached and began removing the two existing tires from the car. He asked if I could turn off the car because it was hot. I turned the car off and waited for him to finish. Keep in my mind I'm traveling with two small pets and the temp is in the high 90s. Several cars showed up after me and waited for service. This worker proceeded to begin on everyone else's car before finishing mine. He went from one car to another doing one small task at a time. It made absolutely no sense. Why not just finish one job and then proceed to another? With the exception of one customer, everyone was there for a tire job. He completed the job for EVERYBODY else that came (all were men), although they all showed up AFTER I did. It's not like I could just leave because there no tires on my car. I asked why he serviced everyone before me although I was there first. All he said was "sorry". He then acted as if he was about to finish replacing the tire but walked away again to do another task. Another employee came over and brought my new tires back to the car to put them on. The first employee came back to him and said "oh, you think you can get the commission on a car I started working on?". That's what this was all about. Instead of starting on one car and finishing before starting on the next, he was starting on just about every car there at once and was doing small tasks so that he could get comission for all of those customers. This not only made every customer wait longer than necessary, but it also somehow made me the very last customer, even after those who showed up after me. Another customer got in his car and tried starting it but it wouldn't start. The second employee that was about to put my tires on walked over to that customer and began helping him. The first employee finally came back and put my tires on. I waited nearly an hour and a half just to get 2 tires changed. The only thing that I got as far as a resolution was a "sorry" from one employee and an eyeroll from another. Look elsewhere for tire service. This place is overcrowded, the service is awful, and the employees are extremely rude and disrespectful.

They cleaned up as much as possible the oil that was on the back of the engine and they were just very, very patient and very easy to talk to and the price was comparable with everybody else and it was very skilled labor. Once I arrived, I had a friend check it out, only to tell me it sounded like a wheel baring. I took it to the shop he recommended, where they confirmed it and commented how lucky I was that my wheel didn't give out on the road. Despite the holiday, they were quick to order the part and got my car in the same day. The communication was great from start to finish. I knew exactly how much the parts were, they called to let me know there was a bit of a delay because the job was slightly complicated. Luckily I had friends to catch up with and thought nothing of it. When I picked up my car, it was purring, something I hadn't experienced in a while, since I'd apparently gotten used to the howl. They'd checked my fluids and belts, knowing I had a long drive home, just to be on the safe side, and even offered to order touch up paint noticing a scrape across the front fender. I can't comment on the waiting room, etc., as I didn't stay, but I would definitely recommend anyone in the greater Little Rock/NLR area to call S&F for honest, affordable car repair and maintenance!
