A few days later they said they are not sure the issue is the battery or the motherboard but they didn't have a battery to test it. They can order one and test it and quoted me $389 to fix the battery. I asked what if you do all that and the battery is not the issue? Then they said it will be additional if the issue is something else, or I can just pay $75 more diagnostic fee to get my laptop back. At this point I am not shelling out $150 for a laptop that might not be fixed. I wish they were more upfront about the cost. If they said $150 diagnostic fee I would not have paid. Also after this experience I brought it to Apple and they looked at it for free. Don't bother with this place. The other reviews have a similar theme.
