Chip is first and foremost a great guy, and a great guitar player! His start in this business was making pedals for himself from scratch and modding his own vintage bassman amp for his own needs. Starting as his own first customer, his approach is full of integrity and it is clear that he extends the same care he gives his own equipment to that of his customers. I completely trust Chip with my precious gear, vintage amps and rare pedals. We are lucky to have him in here. Thanks Chip!

It was a tricky situation but he cracked the code. He solved the problem that at least 8 trips to 3 other techs failed to locate. A life saver! I do not hesitate in recommending him. Friendly and efficient and the turnaround time was the fastest that had ever experienced. He also stood behind the fix. Top notch all the way around.

Very personable and knowledgeable. Told us many interesting details about our early 1900's instrument that we didn't know about. I was fascinated by the process but I respectfully allowed him to do his work alone since tuning is a skill that requires attention. Our piano was SO out of tune that he gave us several options which were to tune in down a scale or to tune it over several sessions at a reduced rate.
