In my opinion one of the worst agent I had "pleasure" to deal with. I had insurance with (paid…read moreyearly in advance) him from August 2021 to August 2023. In July 2022 we had tornado and bad wind and my roof start to leak. I made claim and first inspector was here in August 2022 ( he said that was old roof and wether had nothing to do with it) and I request another inspector who said the same thing ( he came end of September 2022 and I received report on October 15th) They send me a letter right after 1st inspection that they will kick me out on February 24th 2023 if I won't repair my roof even my policy was still valid for another 6 months. So literally they give me 4 months in winter to actualy fix it. After he spoke to me, he said that I should fix my roof right away, when I told him that I couldn't do it because I was scheduled for another inspection he told me that was my problem ( so how would 2 nd inspector even see the damages). This conversation was on 1-2 week of February and he told me he can not help me with anything and I was on my own and didn't even wanna move the date for few weeks until wether will allow me to fix the roof ( which I did on March 15th- brand new roof which I paid in full) Never again pick up his phone ( only secretary) or call me back after my masseges. Terrible agent and nobody should go with that coward.

Definitely not who they used to be and I'm a long time customer. Tried to switch to a different State Farm agent but was not allowed to. You need to cancel all your current polices, switch to another carrier for awhile and then contact another agent if you'd like to go back to State Farm.
