He mentioned that they will fix those but didn't really happen. I gave another project which was the floor. Paid him all the paint job and all the material plus some labor for floor. Paid to replace kitchen lighting which didn't get completed. Unfortunately, the delays started. No answer on phone calls from reasons such as he said he didn't pay his phone service and then getting sick. Then finally no response at all. Now I'm left with half baked floors. I have other pictures I sent him and he mentioned that they will fix. This is sad because I think he was a nice person including Mark. I thought of giving them more projects and build trust. Not sure what happened. I asked for updates 3 times but haven't heard from him since.

Turns out, there was some mold growing in walls, brought it to my attention, and was immediately addressed and taken care of! There was also some issues with the toilet. He recently completely a backsplash in the kitchen which was done within two days. I suggested him to two women and he even offered to do a small project for free or at a discounted price! Quality of workmanship is extremely poor/lacks professionalism, poor customer service/experience…read more 1) I had him install RO system and it started leaking, he came in and did some checks, told me its a faulty product. 2) He installed new toilet when we got the home, within a year, it broke (flang broke) and he blamed its either the subfloor that's an issue or we did not use it properly (I reached out to other professional handymans and everyone said that they never seen a new install break that soon). 3) I asked him to give me permit documents for the work he did for installing gas line - never received it after sending him multiple messages for over a year. 4) Never received payment receipts for the work he did - I kept following up but no response. however, he did respond to my text messages for payments that i could not release while i was out on vacation (delay in releasing payments for just few days) I'll stay away from taking any new services from him - now and forever.
