I needed an arrangement to be delivered to a church in a small town outside of Kingsville for a memorial service for my cousin. I live out of state and was unable to attend the service. Orion listened patiently to me with what I thought were key elements I wanted for the arrangement such as a crystal cross, masculine colors such as white, blue, yellow, green, and the freshest flowers they had available (the most important to me). I didn't choose a particular arrangement from their website, which he said was fine. He was then very reassuring that they would be able to deliver the arrangement in advance of the service on a Saturday. When I said I wasn't sure what time anyone would be at the church, he said the delivery person would show up half an hour before the service, and if no one was at the church, they would wait in their van until they could deliver the arrangement. He also explained the format and size of the message card and helped me figure out if the message I had planned would fit on the card. The customer service was so impressive, I was very confident that the delivery and arrangement would be as well. I am happy to report that this was true. My aunt let me know that the arrangement was delivered on time and was so nice, that she took it home with her on her 3-hour car trip and displayed it in her kitchen!

Infact Barbara's delivery team didn't arrive until 30 minutes into the service. The next day my mom called the manager and expressed how disappointed and unexceptable the service was. His first instinct was to respond with " if I issue you a refund it'll come directly out of my own check". The audacity and lack of remorse for a mother laying her son to rest is beyond me first of all and second of all how unprofessional it is to guilt a customer that did not receive the service she paid for. Now we are many days past the initial call and complaint. We have been ghosted by the owner Jenna Vasquez. Repeatedly told she isn't in and will return our calls later.
