My mom ordered a funeral spread for an infants casket for a family member laying her son to rest and requested for it to be at the gravesite an hour before the service because the flowers were a gift. Which she was assured that wouldn't be a problem. On the day of the funeral to our surprise everyone arrived to no flowers on the casket. Infact Barbara's delivery team didn't arrive until 30 minutes into the service. The next day my mom called the manager and expressed how disappointed and unexceptable the service was. His first instinct was to respond with " if I issue you a refund it'll come directly out of my own check". The audacity and lack of remorse for a mother laying her son to rest is beyond me first of all and second of all how unprofessional it is to guilt a customer that did not receive the service she paid for. Now we are many days past the initial call and complaint. We have been ghosted by the owner Jenna Vasquez. Repeatedly told she isn't in and will return our calls later. Absolute bare minimum they could have refunded the delivery charge or had some decency to at least call back after ruining an already absolutely unbearable event.

A funeral is a difficult time for everyone involved, and evokes every type of pain a human can…read moreexperience. My grandmother LOVED flowers, and especially white roses. The picture of the spray on top of the casket is what we received for $300, and the other picture is of what it should've looked like with at least 5 dozen roses. The arrangement we had barely had 2 dozen rose, and like any person would we reached out to the business directly. When we called my aunt spoke with a man regarding our dismay with the product we received, and he HUNG UP on my aunt! When she called back he refused to speak to her so naturally she went directly to the shop. My aunt one of the kindest people I know, and she calmly walked in and explained to the owner a tall man that she was upset with the spray we received. Not even addressing the fact that he had hung up on her multiple times. She offered an array of solutions to the problem such as adding additional roses to the spray we received, or a discount to no avail. She then proceeded to ask for a full refund, and when she did HE STOOD UP as to overshadow/intimidate her with his stature. She stood her ground, and demanded a refund. As he was giving her the refund he was tell her "It's not my fault your Mom died", and cussed her out as she left. Please be advised that if you use this business your flowers will be made WITHOUT LOVE!!!!!
