Although this arrangement was not available at the time due to such short notice, Cassandra was very professional and recommended a substitute arrangement that could be made within the allowed timeframe. I wanted to acknowledge my deceased friend's patriotism for this country by adding American flag colors and asked if this was possible. Cassandra put my concerns at ease, took control and told me that the shop could create this request. Then she went to work. The arrangement arrived ON TIME.
