I felt she was annoyed at the fact I even walked in .. as she had to put away her paperwork. I felt she was annoyed when I couldn't remember what price she had told me on some sample chairs & I felt like I got a stare of 'are u stupid' as I was trying to figure out costs..... I didnt get her name .. but got the impression she has been there a long time by the fact she rattled off numbers from her head & made me feel like I should have brought in a print out from online. She was not pleasant to me, she never smiled, and actually seemed very relieved when I told her I would think about it and let her know. I promptly looked up other rental companies and found Rental World... I gave my business to them instead. They were pleasant, the store was large and clean .. as well as much better prices ... so ... check out Rental World instead ... I think you will have a better experience without this Butler Rental Signature Events business!

Where to start…read more.. First i had a lease that I needed where the owner, Tom, assured me that the trailer would be ready for me by the weekend. When the weekend came around, he had already leased the trailer to someone else. I couldn't believe it. Shame on them. Well, I should have learned. I instead continued to proceed with Tom to try and buy a trailer instead of mess with a lease. Well, again, Tom was to meet me to deliver the trailer and I had a check printed and ready to go. The weekend came and no Tom. Well, apparently now the fee needed to be paid before hand so sorry he wasn't able to bring said trailer and somehow all miscommunication was my fault. Mind you, this is on a $20k trailer that I was told not a week prior would be here for me to "inspect" and to "know who you're going into business with". I truly have never had this horrific of an experience with a vendor in my life. So glad I dodged a bullet. I hope this review finds you and you're able to avoid doing business with Accent Equipment and Tom.
