First of all, Thank You, fellow Yelpers for reviewing this florist! I live in Tennessee and always worry when picking a florist in another state that I what I ordered will not be what is delivered. Well, The Flower Box delivered a BEAUTIFUL arrangement just like I ordered! The flowers were for my friend's mother's 75th birthday so, I wanted them to be perfect and they were! I contacted the Flower Box to send an arrangement when my sister in law lost her mother. I spoke with Orion, who was friendly & professional. I described what I wanted, and he took it from there. The flowers were gorgeous & he even sent me a picture as we live out of state. They also made two attempts to deliver-customer service at its finest. Thank you, Orion for a great experience-highly recommended! read more

First off, I want to thank the Flower Box for absolutely wonderful customer service by Orion via telephone call, and a beautiful arrangement that I needed on somewhat short notice. I needed an arrangement to be delivered to a church in a small town outside of Kingsville for a memorial service for my cousin. I live out of state and was unable to attend the service. Orion listened patiently to me with what I thought were key elements I wanted for the arrangement such as a crystal cross, masculine colors such as white, blue, yellow, green, and the freshest flowers they had available (the most important to me). I didn't choose a particular arrangement from their website, which he said was fine. He was then very reassuring that they would be able to deliver the arrangement in advance of the service on a Saturday. When I said I wasn't sure what time anyone would be at the church, he said the delivery person would show up half an hour before the service, and if no one was at the church, they would wait in their van until they could deliver the arrangement. He also explained the format and size of the message card and helped me figure out if the message I had planned would fit on the card. The customer service was so impressive, I was very confident that the delivery and arrangement would be as well. I am happy to report that this was true. My aunt let me know that the arrangement was delivered on time and was so nice, that she took it home with her on her 3-hour car trip and displayed it in her kitchen! read more

The Flower Box went above and beyond to get a spray delivered to a funeral with an after hours order placed at 10pm the night before. The gentleman that took the order over the phone was patient, professional, and detailed. I was even more happy knowing the spray was delivered in time for the 8:30am visitation; I had been told it would be there for the 11am service. Highly recommend this florist. Thanks again! read more

Made my day! After trying to send my daughter flowers for two weeks, I finally got a company that delivered!!! The arrangement was spectacular and they really did deliver the same day, just like I ordered. Tried two other "online same day" popular sites and two weeks later they still had not been delivered. Bad enough I missed her ceremony but to also have the flowers delivered two weeks late was heart breaking. I will use this local company DIRECTLY to send her flowers from now on. I cried when she sent me the picture. Thank you!!!! read more

Great service and beautiful arrangement. They knew actually what I wanted and graciously worked with my price point.

I can't find the words to express how very happy I am about the wonderful artistry, value and service I received from The Flower Box. I ordered the flowers over the phone, and chose the "Designers Choice" option. The bouquet was outstanding, and I was told that the flowers were beautifully delivered "with a flair." If I could give extra stars, I would! read more

For small Kingsville, The Flower Box is always 100% amazing. Our wedding was on a Sunday in March 2018 (right before the busy Spring Break week), and they offered to drive an hour up to our venue in Rockport just to have fresh flowers. Their service was amazing and so helpful. Compared to shops in Corpus or SA, their flowers were more affordable and just as gorgeous. I will always recommend them. The Flower Box came thru for me to make our wedding perfect, just as they always do when I ask for flowers delivered to my Mom out in the rural areas of Ricardo and Riviera. Thanks for being an awesome, family-owned, and reliable floral shop! read more
