I made a mistake, a grave mistake by ordering from www.justflowers.com and in doing so they contacted Peony Bliss to handle an arrangement I had sent to my mom's bedside. First and foremost, do not ever order from Just Flowers and expect to be treated fairly. The process of dealing with them via email and call after frustrating call has been a nightmare. Customer Service is a call center overseas - I was unable to ever understand their version of English. They were reminiscent of thugs -quite literally. You bought this arrangement -we sent you nothing of what you order but you will pay and we will make up policy as we go along, and if you call and speak to management we will hang up over and over and over again. Thugs. Criminal thugs!
I could have dealt with the thugs had Peony Bliss delivered at least a half way decent arrangement but that was the whole point of all of those calls back. The first arrangement looked like death. It is hard to imagine that flowers could be so ugly but they managed to make a bouquet that looked like death -almost black flowers with bright orange the colors of Halloween. I reached out to the owner of Peony Bliss and while she was willing to remake the arrangement again - the bouquet looked nothing of what I had ordered. After my mom's refusal - Peony Bliss took their flowers back to their store. Right now they refuse to issue a refund, although they have their horrible bouquets back. There is no fairness here -they are both guilty of stealing, both places are criminal, both places refuse to do the right thing. Peony Bliss sits right now hand in hand with Just Flowers - and again, both are THIEVES. They took our money and they took back their atrocious flowers and yet they feel they fulfilled their part. I would caution anyone, any customer out there looking for artistic, elegant arrangements to look somewhere else. Read reviews. Don't make the mistakes I have made. Dealing with this has been a nightmare. Just Flowers and Peony Bliss are criminals, period. read more
