I first went to HealthSource because I had seen their advertisements in the White Bear Press and…read moreonline, and because they are close to my home. They had a coupon for a free initial consultation, so I figured I had nothing to lose. I could not be happier with my selection, Dr. Ty Paulick combines chiropractic adjustments, deep tissue massage, and a stretching and muscle building physical therapy program. Last summer I began having hip and leg pain while power-walking, and my massage therapist recommended I see a chiropractor. I only wish I had done this sooner, I could have saved myself alot of pain. I highly recommend Healthsource and Dr. Ty Paulick. Having been through 2 other physical therapy programs ( which helped alot with other back pain ) I would recommend this one above the others, because I feel that the chiropractic and deep tissue massage are key ingredients that were missing with the other two programs. You do have to invest time in your healing and do the exercises at home in addition to office visits if you want good results, but if you are willing to put in the effort you will be amazed. Go see Dr. Paulick if you have pain, you will not regret it!
