I searched them up before I became a client and they did have some negative Yelp reviews. The Private Investigator/Attorney for Andrew Howard, named Jasen Armstrong, took the time to explain the negative Yelp reviews which eventually led to me deciding to become a client. While being a client, I did notice that both Attorney Andrew Howard and Private Investigator/Attorney Jasen Armstrong would sometimes not be available to communicate with me about my case after a bit of time. This led to a discussion where every party got to say their piece. We all 3 reached an amicable agreement. If you're one of their clients, I do believe you have to have some patience because they like to take time with each clients' case and may not be able to respond to an inquiry as soon as other attorneys. My case isn't over yet but so far so good. They have been super kind and understanding towards me. People have bad things to say about attorneys but I have nothing irreparable to say about these attorneys! They have actually been doing what they said they would do for my case and even finding time to explain the legal reasons behind some of their decisions!
