I went to him based off her recommendation. When I got pregnant I was so excited for our 10 week appointment. We were shocked to learn there was no heartbeat. Dr Young was so caring and empathetic, assuring me that I did nothing wrong and that sometimes miscarriages just happen. He truly could not have had better bedside manner and offered to let us leave through the back when we were ready so that we didn't have to walk through the waiting room of happy expectant moms. He then performed a D&C on me to complete the miscarriage and was so kind throughout the whole process. Fast forward a year later I got pregnant again and he was so kind of helpful throughout the entire pregnancy, always making me feel comfortable and capable. He came to deliver my baby even though he wasn't on call and he does that for all his patients. We now live 30 minutes from his office but I am pregnant again and happily making the drive to continue my care with Dr Young because he truly is the best!

I checked in at this location 5 min before my scheduled appointment. The girl made me wait until ate finished some paperwork. She asked me 3 times what my name was and then told me I needed to pay a bill which I hadn't received yet. I asked her if she could print it out and apparently they can't. Fine. Anyway, she told me I was checked in and that I'd be called back when they were ready. Many many women had come in after me and been called back within a minute or two. I tried to be patient but at about 19 min of waiting I was just about to get up and inquire as I was in a bit of a rush and they called my name. The girl who checked me in reportedly actually didn't do that, and they asked me why I didn't check in. I explained I did and to whom I did and they were a bit shocked. A nurse took me back took my blood pressure which was high due to stress and worrying if I'd be out on time to pick up my daughter from summer camp. She notified by that the NP was still working with her 12:40 patient. I explained situation and asked if I should reschedule. NP Kelli Parker just walked out of her last appointment and this nurse explained what was happening. We spoke for a second and she was kind enough to rush me into the procedure room and immediately get started! She literally is the 4 stars for this review! She was so sweet, professional, funny and helped me get out quickly to get to my daughter. She was explanatory and quick and even when I gasped at some pain she apologized. When asking her why they only do the procedures once a month she quickly notified me that she gets anyone and everyone whenever she can (including her lunch break) and told me not to hesitate next time to tell them I couldn't wait. I had a male intern watching which was awkward but I was stressed out so I didn't care too much as I just wanted to get it over with. Thanks Kelli for your amazing and kind service! I have waited 30+ minutes on hold only…read moreto be sent to voicemail immediately after multiple times, had them bill my wrong insurance after telling the receptionist my insurance had changed and providing new info, and most recently called concerned about a possible miscarriage. My call was immediately forwarded to voicemail/told to text. I texted the number provided, was told a nurse would speak to me soon and never received any contact from a nurse. I am not one to leave a negative review but this is the last straw for me and I would hate for someone else to go through the same thing.

I also appreciate that I can text questions to them. I do wish it was a 24/7 line though. Dr. Allen is amazing. I can't say enough good things about him. He takes his time with each patient (which does mean he tends to have a longer wait time than others, but it's worth it because of the care he gives to each patient), answers all our questions, is up-to-date on the newest research, and is able to make logical decisions quickly. I ended up having an emergency C-section, and he was so focused and fast and the whole team worked well together under his direction. People keep telling me that my incision is "beautiful" because he did such a great job! My baby is healthy and safe and I am recovering well and I am so grateful for Dr. Allen and the team of nurses that acted quickly and competently in a stressful situation.

I had a very frustrating experience with Revere Health, both clinically and with their billing…read moredepartment. I first became a patient in September 2025 after finding out I was pregnant. During one of my appointments, my midwife was trying to use a new ultrasound machine and openly said she wasn't familiar with it yet. The appointment felt more like she was learning how to operate the equipment than actually performing my exam. As a patient, that did not inspire confidence, and I was still billed for the visit. The billing issues were even more frustrating. Months after my appointments, I started receiving bills for physicians I had never actually met or been treated by. When I called to ask about it, I was told this is simply how their facility bills--for example, a physician may be billed in connection with an ultrasound even if the only person you interacted with was the ultrasound technician. I paid the balances I was told I owed. In January 2026, I specifically contacted the billing department to make sure everything had been taken care of, and I was told my account was paid in full with no outstanding balance. Despite that, I continued receiving additional bills months later. More statements arrived in April, May, and again later, and one balance was eventually sent to collections. Every time I thought everything had finally been resolved, another bill appeared. The ongoing billing confusion has been incredibly stressful, especially during and after pregnancy. Patients deserve clear, transparent billing and should be able to trust that when they're told an account is paid in full, it actually is. Unfortunately, because of my experience, I would not recommend Revere Health.

However, they are pretty bad with their reception of calls and their response to medical questions. I had an issue that was ongoing and very scary for me. It was due to a birth control and I wanted answers about what I needed to do and if a different birth control would be better. The phone reception is awful and takes forever to get a hold of anyone. Then I was told several times my doctor or a nurse was going to call me back and I never got a call. This kind of back and forth went on for a week (after I was already experience this issue for 2 weeks). I don't like being treated like I don't matter and like my medical questions are just going to get pushed to the side. I really thought this would be my gyno for years to come but I may rethink that now.

It saddens me to have to leave this review - I was placed on…read morethe nexplannon. Everything went great until the first time it needed to be replaced. The incision was made too large for the replacement which caused an infection and the nexplannon to slip out. After this incident I still continued with my care through them. I had it placed in my other arm. It comes time to get it replaced again beginning March of this year. When replacing it they had informed me the one being replaced had migrated a bit. After the replacement I noticed you can see the nexplannon bulging through the skin (too close to the surface) with an ache ive never experienced. I called with my concern and after 3 calls back my answer was that this is normal and to take ibuprofen and Tylenol. I knew this wasnt right as this is now my 4th time having it placed. I work in healthcare myself and had one of our Nurse Practitioners take a look. She stated to make an appointment ASAP and get it out. I will not return to legacy as I have felt unheard and pushed to the side. I have made an appointment with Dr. Jensen in Salt Lake City to take over my care. Legacy please do better.

They offer classes in house for breastfeeding and labor and delivery, and you can stop in for a tour anytime. Love that their facility is secured, no unwanted visitors can enter the Women's Center. The rooms inside are spacious and have every amenity imaginable. They're great. I would recommend delivering here to anyone.
