The two offices we used to visit both closed, and one of them shut down abruptly without any…read morenotice. We were transferred to this location, and while they were quick to reschedule our appointments, the follow up care has been extremely poor. Earlier this month, we were told that lab work was required before any medication could be prescribed. We completed the labs the very same day, yet it took nearly four weeks and countless phone calls for the prescription to finally be sent to the pharmacy. For two weeks, I repeatedly called the office without being able to reach anyone. It wasn't until I became extremely frustrated that they finally sent the prescription, and even then, no one followed up despite the automated messages promising a return call within 24 hours. At one point, someone answered the phone only to immediately hang up on me. To make matters worse, they are quick to collect your copay even when they are unable to see you. The quality of care and customer service has become increasingly inconsistent and has steadily declined over the years. We will be looking for a new dermatologist. If I could give this office zero stars, I absolutely would.

At the time I didn't know him but trusted my breast surgeon that she would only have the best work with her. That proved to be very true. He always made me feel at ease. I have gone back to him a few times for additional work, and I am 100% satisfied. I will never go to another plastic surgeon and highly recommend him for any type of procedures/surgeries. The office offers convenient times and locations, and the staff is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for making me feel comforatable in my body.

In October 2025, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in my left breast for the second time and…read moredecided to have bilateral mastectomies, and my breast surgeon, Dr. Ronit Sugar (who I love), referred me to Dr. Zavitsanos for reconstruction. Of course, I did my homework--Googled him, read reviews, and even asked my primary doctor, who told me his wife had been a patient. At my first appointment, Dr. Z sat with my husband and me and walked us through everything: the reconstruction process, the surgical options, and every question I could think of. His calm, thorough approach immediately put me at ease and I felt very comfortable with him and knew I was going to be in good hands. Because I'd had radiation on my left breast 10 years earlier, he explained that a latissimus muscle flap would be needed to support an implant. Wanting the best symmetry possible, we chose to do bilateral latissimus flaps. Through every step--pre-ops, surgeries, recovery--Dr. Z, his surgical nurse Christy, and the entire staff were compassionate, attentive, and truly wonderful. Today, I'm extremely happy with my results and deeply grateful. I highly recommend Dr. Zavitsanos.

I struggle with ADD and tend to have a very 'noisy' brain even in normal circumstances. Now, with the current stress and anxiety related to COVID-19, I've had increased difficultly focusing on tasks, both professional and personal. As Lance led our group through some basics of meditation (being still, at ease and aware), I absolutely felt my mind and body calm down, which was awesome! His way of leading and encouraging us through the process was easy to understand, even to a first-timer like myself. I absolutely plan to incorporate this technique into my daily routine, and hope that my company might provide additional sessions to us in the future so I can learn more. Thank you, Lance!

I have heard horror stories about how much Laser Hair removal hurts and I did not experience any pain with the treatments I had at True Skin. I got a Brazilian and my under arms and everyone makes you feel very comfortable when you are getting the treatments done! I am updating my review because I recently purchased the cavi Lipo package and had it done on my stomach and it is absolutely amazing! As soon as I save up a little more I plan on getting it on my upper thighs as well!

This place is very beautiful in the inside. However, if you want results with laser hair removal…read morethis is not the place. The owner is very unprofessional I had an appointment today 3/3/2022 at 10:30 I received a text message saying my appointment was cancelled because I didn't fill out a form that is normally filled out right before you walk in for treatment. I've had 4 treatments and see no difference. I was told by one of the employees that they were having trouble with their laser machine and my appointment was changed twice due to the machine being repaired. I questioned why the laser was ice cold and I was told "a piece on the machine was replaced and when it's cold that means it's really working" that was a joke! I have zero improvement with my unwanted hair. I have a message m from the owner Jacquee who was super rude and I was very offended. From reading comments it appears she's reaching out to people behind the scenes when complaints are made. I told her as a business owner myself I would never be so callous and unprofessional especially when people such as myself is the reason her business is still around! If you want effective laser hair removal this is not the place. It's a waste of time and money!! On top of that if you're not the right color the disrespect and condescending statements are at an all time high!!! People please research before making a decision to have treatments here. The business rating speaks for itself 3 stars that's poor service in my opinion.

If there are issues with your treatment, you may not receive a call back for weeks, and instead might have to keep calling them. I purchased the laser nail treatment with the "written guarantee". Before originally scheduling in January 2014 I confirmed over the phone that this was a money back guarantee, and the answering staff member confirmed yes, that they've never had anyone that the treatment didn't work on. One year and 3 treatments later, after following all instructions perfectly in addition to going above and beyond to be sure I was doing my part, my nail situation is worse, not one bit better. I was assured the entire time that I just needed to continue following instructions and scheduling appointments. No results. Now they're refusing a refund, stating that it's just a written guarantee that it works, meaning they'll continue treating at "no cost". I'd rather get that whopping $500 back for this bogus treatment then continue playing this game. Now I have to take Lamisil and risk my liver, or just live with this problem forever. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed.
