Dr. Lin and Dr. Park Over the summer of 2025, I was…read moreassaulted. Among the injuries I sustained, the most significant were skull base fractures and fractures of my orbit, which led the emergency doctors to diagnose me with traumatic optic neuropathy. After consultations with maxillofacial specialists and ophthalmologists, I was told I was legally blind, 20/230, and that this was now my life. Devastated, I reached out to Dr. Lin who was highly referred by a longtime family friend. She felt he and his team should see me and offer other opinions. While Western medicine may refer to Dr. Lin as a "physical therapist," I don't think that language fully defines what he does. At our first meeting, he was gentle, attentive, and deeply aware of my condition. His method is difficult for me to fully articulate, but it was unlike anything the physicians I had seen before had provided. Dr. Lin created a treatment plan in collaboration with his in-house acupuncturist, Dr. Park, and the two of them treated me in concert. I visited them about once a month. Dr. Park performed acupuncture targeting specific hemispheres they agreed would be beneficial, while Dr. Lin used manual techniques, pressing, pulling, and adjusting different parts of my face and body. One moment stands out clearly in my memory. As Dr. Park had acupuncture needles placed in the points she selected, Dr. Lin pressed a section of my face under my eye with significant pressure. The instant he released, my nasal passage cleared dramatically. I had been so focused on my vision that I ignored other parts of my body that also needed attention. This is what impressed me most: their understanding of the interconnectedness of the human body, and the way each system affects the next. Even though I came in focused on a single issue, they recognized that other problems could be developing or stagnating and that treating one area would likely set off a domino effect. They addressed everything collectively rather than isolating one symptom. Dr. Park also gave me homework: changes to my diet, foods to avoid, preferred cooking methods, and even the temperature of liquids I should consume. Detailed instructions that had never been offered nor had I considered. Western medicine had only offered me chemical treatments or surgeries to remove or implant. Dr. Lin was one of the few who was relieved I had not had a surgery and was not taking medication. In my most desperate moment, when the reality of vision loss was fresh and overwhelming, they helped keep hope alive. I am happy to say that I have since improved to 20/40 vision. Slowly, every day I feel a little better. I am not claiming that Dr. Park and Dr. Lin performed miracles. What I do believe is that the treatment they provided stimulated something meaningful in my recovery. Maybe I would have healed to this extent without them, maybe not. But I wholeheartedly feel that their treatment encouraged my body to heal itself. I am four months removed from the incident, I have my vision back and I feel great. Recovery is not complete, but I am in a place now that my Ophthalmologist told me never to expect. Thank you to both Dr. Lin and Dr. Park. I could not be more grateful.

Dr. Yeh is open on Saturdays and sometimes Sundays as well, by appointment only. I started going about a year ago and can say that overall, I feel a lot better. I didn't have a specific problem when I went, but figured it could only improve my overall health, because if the Chinese have been doing it for centuries, there's gotta be something to it. I was worried that Dr. Yeh would try to sell me stuff I don't need (he carries vitamins and probiotics), but never once did he offer anything to me. I guess I just didn't need it. I go in for headaches and cramping and it's really helped. I trusted him so much that I referred one of my friends to him and he was happy with him as well. Dr. Yeh is someone I will continue to see on a regular basis. If you're looking for a quick solution to a problem, this isn't it, but it will most likely help over time. Dr. Yeh speaks Taiwanese, Mandarin and English. Parking is plentiful in the area and the building is right next to the Temple on Barranca and Jamboree.

His adjustments and using the micro-currents and laser therapy have significantly improved my lower back pain and movement. But it's not just about the technology, Dr Hyjek can pinpoint the exact area and "pop" the pressure if you let him know the general area that's especially causing pain. Dr. Quon İ have been…read morea patient of Dr. Quon since May 2018 and I remeber my first adjustment so clearly because I was on cloud nine for almost 10 days. I have had back pains, neck pain you name it I had it. I remember I wanted to have an adjustment so bad for months but at the same time I was scared of it. By the time I had the courage to come and see Dr. Quon. I was sleeping on the floor almost daily for two weeks (that seemed to help a little with my pain at the time) after my first adjustment, I had tears of joy because literally I haven't felt that good for a LONG time physically. He is an amazing human being foremost , he truly cares about almost everyone's well being. During pandemic while everyone was hiding he was at the front line to do whatever he can to help, you literally see this kind of devotion selflessness on TV's nowadays but I was lucky enough to witness it firsthand. There are so many incidents where I exercised the wrong way couldn't move properly, had a lymphatic drainage massage which made it worse I couldn't turn my head to my rightside, while sitting on the chair I dropped a pistachio shell and while I was picking it up (while seated) there was a funny noise came out of spine which I didn't pay much attention to but felt weird, three hour's later I was almost screaming in pain when I tried to move. All of these instances Thank God he was there for me (forever grateful) I always go to Dr. Quon whenever I deal with anything health related so much so I haven't been to my family practitioner for almost 3 years. Everyone in his office so kind and caring Dr. Lau,Jasmine, Dr. Vincent, Dr. Bridget they all are exceptional. One recent particular instance which was super important for me to realize that no matter whatever İ'm dealing with always go to Dr. Quon first. February 2023 my daughter had ear infection (at least that's what the Dr. Said) she was on antibiotics for 5 days and everything seemed ok. Then same issues happened to me went to the urgent care diagnosed with ear infection went on antibiotics everything was ok. After about 2 weeks same issue reappeared again went to the Urgent care prescribed a stronger version of antibiotics helped again but while I was on the med day 3 went to ENT to have my ears checked and that specialist said both of my ears look perfectly clear and healthy and the only explanation he had for my situation was jaw clenching. Anyway I kept on using the antibiotics which somehow helped and again 1-2 week after when I was done with the medication. Out of nowhere I woke up with one of the worst earache possible right side. Mind you I really have a high threshold for physical pain. Again went to the urgent care again (stupid me) they check and say the same stuff (ear infection) prescribed me a stronger version of antibiotics but this time, I didn't used it. By the end of that day the pain almost disappeared and I was only left with a sensation of a little fullness which was perfectly ok "considering". Anyhow 2 days passed by and I woke with a swollen neck (right side) plus ringing ear. Oh men I really don't know which one was worse. I decided to go to Dr. Quon I normally would have done it in the first place but I was brain washed to think that I had an ear infection and only way to get rid of it is antibiotics "period" Anyhow I told Dr. Quon everything that had happened was there so scared because of the swollen lymph node plus the ringing ear which was driving me crazy especially when everyone went to bed and it is dead silent and the ringing was more intense. He told me to relax and not to think the worse at least for a while. First Dr. Bridget did some massages to my face and neck it was a bit painful but felt so right (she is amazing by the way, next day my neck was so defined it almost looked like I had a plastic surgery "not kidding") Right after that Dr. Quon gave me my 1st Jaw adjustment and I had the same sensation when I had my first adjustment from him which was 5 years prior. Anyhow my right side of the neck was 70% deflated next day and the ringing was less noticeable by day 3 or 4 I was back to my 100% but I had jaw adjustment and massages 4/5 times that month. I would've come every day if I have to because I felt whole lot better after every initial visit. I'm so LUCKY and BLESSED to have known you Dr. Quon and his family. God bless you all
