Great guy. Helped us learn what to look for in a first home, and didn't want to sell us a house that we didn't love.

Ms.Caaaaaandace!!! OMG! I can't believe I get to finally write this review about this amazing…read moreagent. From start to finish, there was so much attention to detail of what I wanted and strategies on and how to actually get a house in this crazy sellers market. I called Candace after I decided to fire my initial agent and I'm so very happy I did. I am a California resident seeking to move across the country, and the agent before didn't seem to navigate that well and dropped the ball a few too many times. Even tried to convince me of bending the things I wanted in my home and I almost did...Not Candace though! As soon as I contacted her, she forwarded me her email to send her my list of what I wanted and the listings of a few houses that I loved, but I lost out on dealing with my prior agent *ugh*. Within a few days, I received emails of homes that actually fit or was close to the profile of what I was looking for. It was so easy to communicate with her and she actually understood what I wanted. I don't think she sent me one house that didn't have elements of the style home I desired. She always made me feel like I was a priority even though I know she's so very busy! Whenever I said I liked a house, she was right on going to tour it within a day and sent me videos. Being in a different state, this was very helpful. When it seemed like we found a few promising houses, I booked my flight to see them. The first time I flew out, my offer wasn't accepted as the primary buyer and she was so bummed along with me. She truly cared about me getting my dream home. During the tours, she would actually listen to some of the little comments I'd say of things I liked and didn't. For example, I like bright houses with open floor plans and windows above my tubs to welcome moonlight. My list was much longer, but hear me out. In Atlanta, many houses are closed off and do not welcome much natural light, so keep in mind that my non-negotiable wants were RARE. I remember her sending me a video and pointing out a perfectly placed bathroom window so I can "bathe under the moon" LMAO. She had me cracking up and I knew that I chose the perfect agent just in that moment. I am now laying blissfully on a air mattress from a local target in my new home we closed on 3 days ago that has the most beautiful layout, huge windows with endless natural light, local to my favorite stores, in a great neighborhood, and perfectly placed window above my muh flipping tub! I don't even want to go back to Cali to pick up my stuff lol! Totally about to push my flight back after this review is done. *Clears throat* Yay! We did it! It was a bumpy underwriting process, but she was always there to listen to me rant as a friend and advocate on my behalf when I didn't want to ruffle feathers. She was always fighting and in my corner. If it wasn't for this woman and her going to bat for me every step of this process, I would've went nuts or given up. There's so much I can say, but this review has gotten long really quickly lol. I wouldn't have this beautiful home if it wasn't for Ms. Candace Willis. We are LOCKED IN! Thank you so much. I hope you're enjoying your post closing vacation. You absolutely deserve it and knowing you, you're probably still working. Oh and Yes...... She is the right agent for you. Duh!

As many home owners know , the process is quite overwhelming and as easy as it seem to just throw in the towel , the wait and stress may just be worth it . Candace was quite patient and diligent when helping me search for a home . I never felt rushed or as If I was just another client . I felt that my voice was heard and valued and there was never any pressure . Candace I truly genuinely appreciate and thank you for your service and flexibility with me. Please keep in touch

We had a great experience working with Ben and the rest of the Keen Team to buy our first home. We…read morewere referred by an acquaintance of mine who said they were extremely knowledgable about real estate in Decatur (and they were!) They are professional, well-regarded in the community, and a pleasure to work with. Ben is friendly, energetic, and frank in his approach to home buying. After we realized how quickly the housing market moves in Decatur (especially for homes in our price range), I started compulsively checking various real estate websites and emailing Ben to get him to show us houses that had just gone on the market that day or the day before. Was that a bit over the top? Probably. But Ben was responsive and always accomodated us in his schedule. Ben is laid back in his approach to showing homes- he lets the buyer walk around and answers any questions they may have about a property, or promises to find out the answer if he doesn't already know. Where Ben really shines is in the offer/negotiation and home repair demand process. He gave us great advice, spent tons of time explaining what various boilerplate language in the offer meant, and so forth. Ultimately, Ben helped us secure a fantastic home in our price range, in less than 2 months time. With Ben's help, we got all of the items found in the home inspection process (including some minor mold) fixed by the seller. Ben's knowledge and attention to detail at the end of the buying process during the final walk thru were impressive, and incredibly reassuring for us as first time buyers. The rest of the Keen support team- Barry and Adam in particular- were also great to work with. Adam provided a ton of useful information about setting up utilities, trash collection procedures, etc. They are also great at providing referrals (such as a vet for our cat, reputable locksmiths in the area to rekey the house, etc). Last but not least- at closing, we were given complimentary address return labels w/ a picture of the house on it, and some postcards w/ the same. Just an example of their approach- it is totally comprehensive, and they exceeded our expectations.

When I asked him to call me he refused. Very difficult to work with. From my experience I would not recommend him.

Tracy is the best of the best! I am beyond thankful that she was recommended to me. I was so…read morestressed and full of anxiety when I found Tracy. I live in North Carolina and my 86 year old mother had fallen and was in decline. She had no one in Georgia to help her so I was driving back-and-forth a lot. I was thrust into this world I knew absolutely nothing about! I finally got her live-in caregivers and then started to work on getting her moved to an assisted living facility in my state of North Carolina. Once that was done, it was time to sell her home. I had never sold a home without the help of a spouse and didn't really know where to start. The stress just kept building! What would I do with all the furniture inside the home? What about her car? How was I going to accomplish all this when I live two states away? Tracy Minich is how!!!!! I was so impressed with Tracy after our first phone conversation. We were on the phone quite a while and Tracy listened very well and understood the situation. She 100% assured me that all of it could be handled and was not going to be complicated the way I had it all conjured in my mind. She had a work crew she could schedule to repair things if needed. She knew of groups who would come pick up the furniture for donations. She even helped me figure out how to sell the car! But the big thing she did was get the house on the market fast. After two days on the market, we had 10 offers and most were over asking! Tracy helped me sift through the offers, explaining all the various details and stipulations of each offer. Then we discussed the pros and cons of the offers to come to a decision on which one to accept. Tracy also got a back up offer in case things fell through. Smart lady, because the offer did fall through and the backup offer ended up closing. We also received the earnest money from the original offer! Tracy handled our home sale with such care, knowledge and respect. She reassured me every time I begin to stress and she was right at every turn. I was blown away by her! There are no problems for Tracy... only solutions. Tracy is a longtime resident of the area and really knows her business. She replied to every email, every text and every phone call. She genuinely cares about your experience and is a lovely, intelligent human being. I highly recommend her services. Tracy was a true lifesaver, and I will always feel so much gratitude for her help and expertise.

In the end someone she seemed to know already was given preference, and she discouraged us from moving forward. With so many properties available this was no skin off our teeth but it didn't seem ethical, especially when we considered the time we wasted in dealing with her.
