He handled everything for us from start to finish, including the permitting process. Within 2 weeks we had full and complete plans in hand and he had the projects submitted to the city for permit approval. I was pleasantly surprised to hear after just 3 weeks that our permits had been approved and issued, the first time around with no modifications or added conditions.
