Overall the company was never able to produce a transparent statement of work and I have no idea…read morewhy. Lots of promises to produce statement of work zero delivery. They were only prompt about sending a rep out to provide assessment but that assessment never produced any statement of work or estimate that was promised to be sent to my email - not worth the hassle and the owner was only concerned about being bounded to any price estimate he had provided.

They came out when we called, set up to start drying the problem area out, and helped with the…read moreinsurance claim process. They left 2 dryers and an air filter for 8 days. The reason why this is a 3 star review is because for 8 days they billed the exact amount of insurance coverage we had. The dryers they used are $800 each on Amazon (the exact same brand) and the air filtration unit was around $600. So for about half of their charge I could have just bought the units and ran them myself. They were also supposed to coordinate the testing and remediation efforts -- the testing happened, but I never got a report back and there really was no coordination of efforts for the remediation. Their remediation partner submitted an estimate that was also for the exact amount of our coverage and I never got to see any estimates before they went to the insurance company. I would consider them if I had a big job, but I would know to get estimates and prices up front. For another small job, I would just dry it out myself.

He cares for the paint and the house just as much as we did. Choosing an honest roofing company carefully is always a must when looking for quality and…read moreaffordability. Florida's weather can be unforgiving at times, especially to the roof. Luckily, I was able to find a roofing company that exceeded all my expectations when it comes to customer satisfaction and value. Chris was able to go over all the details from our roofing questions and was patient with us when choosing the right shingles for our roof. The process was pretty smooth. Once we were able to schedule a date for project start, all we had to do was wait; unfortunately we did have one delay only because weather didn't allow the project to commence. But the very next day, they got it done. I'm so happy with the final product. We take pride in our community's appearance, and I'd like to thank Heart of Florida Roofing for contributing a positive and beautiful look on our house along with others in our neighborhood.

This time, only one person came to clean and blow the gutters. However, he left a lot of pine needle debris around the house, on the lawn, on bushes, etc. Furthermore, I can still see few pine needles hanging from the gutters. Also, scheduling the job was not easy. Their voice mail is full, so you cannot leave a message. After playing phone-tag, Natalie told me I will have to wait one month before they will be able to come and clean my gutters. Today, a single worker showed up unexpectedly; about three weeks after original call. I have used them for over 20 years, but their service has gone down hill as they have grown their business.

Half of the plants around my house were destroyed or seriously damaged. They also sprayed water directly into my outdoor lights, tripping the circuit. The circuit was not operable for over 8 hours, until it dried out, rendering much of my downstairs without power. Repeated calls and texts, as well as pictures of the damage to my garden have gone unanswered. I will never use this company again.
