I have been going to him for a couple of years now for Multiple Sclerosis and I have nothing but positive things to say about him. He is thorough in his exams, he takes the time to listen, he's not like most doctors out there. He has picked up on issues my primary care doctor overlooked and addressed them. His staff are sweet, you can tell they are hand picked. Things are done quickly, they are organized, efficient, polite, and considerate. If you need a neurologist, he's your pick. I don't like most doctors, I adore this man. If I could give he and his entire staff 20 stars, I would.

She looks like she rolled out of bed and came to work and doesn't want to be there. I can't believe the doctor and the office manager let this happen. She is not a good representation of the office. But! I have to say there has been MAJOR improvement from years before. (2014) I do like the PA that I see, and when I did see the doctor, I was very happy with my visits there. I have not had any issues with wait time. On my first visit I did have to show the front desk my referral because they tried to say they didn't have one, but once did that everything went fairly well. My only suggestion would be to re-train their office office staff so that the front desk has more information on how to run more efficiently. I have been a medical front desk for many years and this is why I have these suggestions, I am not trying to be a "Know it all." I never disrespect the front desk ladies. Please remember they are doing the best they can with what they have. Try & be nice. If you have issues talk to the manager and or the individual your visit is with.

I could not give a higher referral. The entire experience was amazing. Great office visit. Nothing left to chance. I received clear pre-op instructions. The surgery went just as described. I was on my way home hours after surgery! Again, clear instructions for post-op. It's been less than a month. I am walking easily in the house with no walker or cane. Dr. Henderson says I should be pretty much back to normal in 6 to 8 weeks. I've started doing a little housework already- loading and emptying the dish washer, some light dusting. Dr. Henderson said EXTENDED walking, sitting or standing would bother the surgery site right now so I am careful with that and spend a lot of time lying down off and on during the day, but this experience has been a dream. So much better than the other hip replacement done in another state. If there were more stars, I would have given him more stars.

At the ENT clinic we had to sign an agreement that its a hospital service and a physician service and a hospital service will be charged. There will be a charge and a copay for both. I'd like to downgrade the review from two stars to zero stars, what is noted in the first section, doctor Ford is still a good provider. Unfortunately, the front office was an exercise in futility to be generous. We were unable to schedule the follow-up visit and were told to call back in a month. Then we tried to schedule to get hearing AIDS. They gave us a printed sheet of paper to call somebody else, and they started commenting about insurance that isn't ours, and finally realized they weren't even looking at the correct account. They were looking at somebody else's chart entirely. Obviously more annoyed than embarrassed at their incompetence, at that point they just tried to do everything they could to get us out of the office as fast as possible instead of taking care of us. I am not even angry. I'm appalled. How can a health care provider? They just said they were going to double charge and double co pay then say we just don't want your money. Go away. We're too incompetent to take care of you. I think they need to have their hearing checked. They said you may have to pay it out-of-pocket and then I said i'm aware of that. I'll pay it in cash $100 bills if necessary. So why in the hell couldn't they schedule it.

More Poor Training: Tried to schedule a different service and was handed a number to call somebody else for an insurance company we don't even have. Then I realized they were looking at somebody else's account. Instead of apologizing and trying to get things straight they just seemed to want to get us out of the office as fast as possible. Saying they would check with our insurance and call us. It's not covered by the insurance I was willing to pay out of pocket, but they never even let it get to that point. My mom needs hearing aids. I'm willing to pay in cash with $100 bills if need be, but Onvida's ENT clinic on Avenue B just wanted to get rid of us. Generally, Dr Patrick Ford is a great provider there, but he could stand to know a little more about the other directly related services within the clinic. I'd give Dr Ford 4 stars, but Onvida as an organization would get just 1. Given that the cost of Onvida (a community non-profit medical organization) is among the most expensive in the country, my experience today taking my mom to see the doctor was very disappointing. I went with my mom today with every intent of doing whatever was necessary to get her hearing aids going, and left feeling like Onvida doesn't want our business at any price. It was pretty terrible.

The substance abuse counselor, Mr. Felix was such a breath of fresh air. He went at my pace and we set realistic goals for my road to recovery.
