Dr. Brian is the most caring and kind person and surgeon, he's not happy until you are happy and until the results are perfect. He goes the extra mile for his patients. He is always reachable for any questions, has so much patience and his expertise is unmatched. Today I had a laser treatment with Dr. Annie Buinewicz, again with a fantastic visit. She explained everything about the procedure and is also a top notch doctor. The results of the procedure I got will be gradual but I have no doubt that they'll be amazing. Their office is gorgeous, every single member of the staff is just the best. Laurie was the attending assistant to Dr. Annie today and she is just wonderful, again with patience to answer any questions and is very knowledgeable about any procedures they do there. Let's not forget Chrissy, the patient assistant at the front desk. She's always there when you need her, always helpful and a lovely person. She has been there as long as I have been going there...for years. My husband had septum repair surgery scheduled with this office for last month. Yesterday they called him to remind him that his surgery date was Oct. 20th (it wasn't) and then verified that it was in fact scheduled for today, and then informed him he would need to be in at 6:00 am. Then they called and said he could actually come in at 12:00 as surgery wasn't until 1:00. This morning they called and said that they just noticed his cardiologist hadn't signed off on his EKG results (which were fine). My husband couldn't reach his cardiologist early this morning so once again his surgery is cancelled. The office called him 30 minutes later and said they spoke with the cardiologist and got clearance so he could come in for his surgery. At this point though my husband had already had a cup of coffee so couldn't have gone under anesthesia.This is a horribly run office and he definitely won't be rescheduling with this practice!

Maybe these reception jobs are more difficult than I understand. I waited in a line and there were…read more3 receptionist. One was playing with her purse and not helping patients. Another looked very overwhelmed. She signed me in (supposedly), but provided little to no direction. The third receptionist was helping an elderly woman who was confused. It took 10 minutes to sign in. I completed the paperwork that could have been a link to a portal. When I went to turn in the paperwork, I was told to leave it on the counter. I was given no direction where to wait. After 50 minutes, I asked the receptionist what was going on. They neglected to process my paperwork and I had to rush to see the doctor as he was leaving. To top it all off, they never called in my prescription. I don't understand with all these terrible reviews, why not improve the process? Use a portal and have ppl fill out the form electronically and provide signage where to wait. Explain if there is a problem or a delay. If the current computer system isn't working, upgrade it. If staff is not trained, do not unleash them on your clients! I like this doctor, but this place is a hot mess.
