I was told I need to do consultation first and that will be $150. I agreed as I know all doctors have this process. I went for consultation and she advised pico laser as I already know after doing my research. When came time to schedule app I told them the only day of the month I do can not make app is the second thursday of the month as this the day I have important meeting that I must attend. Guess what? They said we rent the tool and we just get second thursday of the month. If you want services you have to come only this day. I still try to compromise if they can do 6 pm so that I can come after work and they stated they dont have. I asked if they can schedule me to any other office if the tool is available any other day in other office. They said then you have to pay consultation fee of $150 again. Why paying another fee? you got the fee from me. You are giving me just one day of the month and i m not available that day, then you are telling me I have to pay another consultation fee if you schedule me to other office of the same company. Their office manager Danielle was rude and did not assist me. very unprofessional and rip off. I would never go there and will not recommend anyone.

They will not return calls or e mails to pay the small hospital copay of $200 or the ambulance bill of $1070. Very small price to pay for what will now be a huge personal injury lawsuit. Be warned!!!

Dr. Eugene Kim is incredibly patient with great bedside manners. I can't believe that he was able to answer all of my concerns in 45 minutes. I had spent countless hours searching the internet for answers. And the more I read, the more freaked out I got. Dr. Kim put my mind at ease and said what I was going through was very normal. I think more women should be more open about speaking with their girlfriends, moms and sisters about womanly issues. It shouldn't be taboo. On a final note: they have the best nurses at this office. Naomi (gosh, I hope I got her name right. The one with 3-D butterflies on her laptop), she was just the sweetest and I enjoyed about chat about tattoos. Very small parking lot. The conduct of the front desk employees at Kendall Park's office disgusts me. Really? I apologize for being 16 minutes late; I had an appointment at 9:30 and called to let them know that I will be there shortly at 9:35 a.m, right there she insisted on canceling the appointment and showed no support. It took me three minutes to get to the office after arriving at the parking lot at 9:44 a.m. The young woman was really impolite. Please make it known if you have such a stringent and watchful late policy. This type of impolite communication is bad, and I really don't want to start off my interactions with my doctor in this manner. People seek comfort, treatment, and tranquility from doctors staff and not negativity and rudeness. Regards,

I left feeling taken advantage of and confused and rode home in tears. First, although I arrived early, I spent about 20 minutes filling out paperwork, which was not available until my scheduled appointment time and which Ashley did not look at. After I completed my paperwork and returned it to her, she spent the first few minutes with me asking many questions I had already answered in my paperwork, eating significantly into the $170 one-hour appointment. Ashley looked at my bandages and incisions. She used alarmist language, claiming that my swelling wasn't normal at all and that it was something to worry about, that the medications prescribed were making me more swollen, and that the redness of my incisions were "a hot mess." Without knowing anything about my plastic surgeon or previous lymphatic drainage therapist (both of whom I'd had positive experiences with), Ashley disparaged their work, saying they're not board certified (which she wouldn't know since she hadn't looked at my paperwork and is untrue anyway), that they had me in the wrong compression garment, that I was using the wrong sprays, etc. Although Ashley knew that I had returned by flight only the day before from my surgery stay and I had communicated that I was not comfortable standing for long periods of time, she massaged me while having me stand with my hands on the table for about 10-15 minutes (that was all the time allotted for after all of that paperwork and post-paperwork discussion). LDM is supposed to be gentle, but her pressure was feather touch, barely discernible. I'm certain I did not benefit from it. By the end, I was seeing spots from standing for so long. I was of the impression that this was just a lymphatic drainage massage appointment -- I ended up being blindsided by the duplicitous style of upselling. After I was feeling faint from standing for the duration of my "massage" and WITHOUT ASKING, Ashley tore open a compression garment and started quickly pulling it up my legs. Being so out of it, I didn't have the wherewithal to object. Some part of me thought she would need to ask if I wanted something before assuming I'd pay for it. But that never happened. Next, she ripped open a package of lipo foam and started cutting it and packing it into my garment. Feeling very weak and like I was being preyed on, I told her to please allow my companion in from the waiting room. As he was on his way in, Ashley was already throwing products in a bag ("special" compression garment detergent, ointment -- which turns out just to be mostly petroleum jelly, body wash, etc.) and tallying them up, again all WITHOUT ASKING. I was so uncomfortable and confused that we just paid and left. On our way out, we tried to grab the package for the compression garment Ashley had pulled onto me (which she claimed to have designed herself) but she ripped it out of our hands, quickly claiming it was garbage and she would take care of it. When I insisted that we wanted to keep it, she refused to let us have it, which led us to believe that it contained some information she didn't want us to have.

Everything is tailored to your needs and you and the doctor discuss the right amount of treatments for the best results. I have been going back here several times already and each time I was treated wonderfully. After the first treatment I already saw results but by the third you clearly see so much improvement that you wonder why you didn't go here earlier. The pain from the procedure is minimal(I did my neck) and the aftercare steps are very clear. The place is of course licensed and won awards before which you can see for yourself when you go in. Very clean place. Dr. Ram and the staff are so caring and welcoming, that I will always go to them for other procedures which they provide a wide range of. Go check them out Update: It has been a couple more months now and my neck still has no hair in the spots treated. Well worth the money in my opinion, the hassle of shaving it every morning was tedious and very hurtful with the razors, it pays for itself in the long run. I am certainly going back a few more times though to continue the rest of my treatment, just been on vacation so wasn't able to get my last one in time. The crew is very helpful with working with your schedule and fitting you in on certain days which I am very thankful for. Many deals and payment options for the laser hair removal as well, and if it is your first time, certainly try it out, it is cheaper and very effective. You can stop whenever but you won't after you see the results so quickly. Be a better version of yourself and keep in mind that they offer more than just laser hair removal.

They deleted my Google review... so here it is again:…read more I had a very negative experience at this laser hair removal med spa and ultimately decided to stop going. During one of my sessions, I was severely burned in a specific area, which was very painful. The injury made me lose trust in the amount of safety I had during treatments. I am unsure still why it occurred because I was told that the puss open wound, was due to a hair that was ingrown and became infected... which I quickly learned was not what was going on. In addition, I felt uncomfortable with the staffing of technicians situation. While many other females worked there, there was only one laser technician available, and he was male. He performs Brazilian laser hair removal on female clients, but when I checked the website after a few treatments and curiosity, did not offer the same service to male clients, which in hindsight sight felt unprofessional and inappropriate to me being that if a female wants a Brazilian, she has no choice but to have a male technician. An hour before my appointments, I applied numbing cream on my bikini line and my entire Brazilian area with plastic wrap over the areas. At the beginning of my appointment, he wiped my numbing cream off from my Brazilian area very invasively without even asking if I was okay with that or giving me the option if I could wipe it myself before the lasering. The reason could be so he removes all of the product off completely before lasering, but with ONLY a male tech available and as a female patient who is basically blindfolded being touched in that vulnerable way, I should have 100% been given more options for my comfort. I was asked to remove my bra while wearing a medical gown that opens in the front. The laser treatment was only for my underarms, and the area was fully accessible through the sides/sleeves of the gown. There was no medical reason for me to remove my bra. As a result, my chest was exposed, which made me feel very uncomfortable and vulnerable. This situation felt completely unnecessary, and it could have been easily avoided. Between the physical injury and the discomfort surrounding the treatment environment, I chose not to return again. I would strongly encourage others considering this spa to think about your comfortability levels when getting vulnerable areas lasered by a male technician, to ask detailed questions about safety protocols, and how client comfort is prioritized before making an appointment.
