-10 stars. Utter chaos, no structure, everyone is hateful and they casually violate HIPPA policy. Don't go there unless you have 3hours of your life to waste and you want everyone in the store to know what medications your taking and have the staff members laugh at you for what condition they think you have because that's what I saw them do to another customer. They employees are miserable and are unwilling participants in a sinking ship because they need a job so please be kind to them, it's not their fault the owner has no clue how to run a pharmacy. read more

I had to go to hospital due to an infection they sent us to Andersons Pharmacy I have been waiting for over an hour to get my script they have 5-6 people working but they haven't even filled it yet. This pharmacy is way under staffed for the amount of patients. Not to mention a large amount of time is spent just standing around chewing the fat over their weekend or upcoming weekend plans. SMH !!!! Furthermore it normally takes TWO DAYS AFTER THE prescriptions are ELECTRONICALLY submitted before Anderson's acknowledges " oh my my you do have a prescription! this sis the best local pharmacy that provides free local delivery in ft smith whivh has a population of amoatalmoat 90 thousand people. this is a huge blessing!! I have been doing business with this local pharmacy for 30 years. it is family owned and Amy Anderson is a wonderful pharmacist. The pharmacy tries its utmost to fill every prescription with the same attention. Every ptescription Is gIven a double check by the pharmacist then its is checked again before it is given to the customer. so we all have to be patient and have that understanding. This is the most ridiculously slow pharmacy I have ever come across! I waited over 2 1/2hrs in the drive thru for my 2 prescriptions. I thought maybe it was a fluke, next time I went back for my kids prescriptions, 2 1/2hrs later told it would still be an hr. so rather than wait I come back the next day on my lunch break and 1 prescription still wasn't ready. I get home and realize that not all the prescriptions were in the bag so my husband goes back after work and has to wait another hr. So very disappointed.. We had reached our maximum time to be vaccinated (Covid-19) to make our vacation. I came inside to ask if they accepted walk in for the vaccine. I was told that they did and they could give my husband and myself the vaccine in just a few mins. We filled out our questionnaire and after handing it back we're asked who was our current insurance with; "We do not currently have insurance" I stated. The tech went to the back and when she returned She told us "The government is no longer paying for the vaccine" "That is okay, we will pay out of pocket" we said "Well we don't know what the cash price would be so the only place you can get the vaccine now is the health department" They turned us away even after offering to pay for the services in full.. and lets just say were far from polite even before they learned we did not have insurance. We tried National Pharmacy a few blocks away and they we so professional, and got us our vaccine, without having insurance. read more

The woman with the long black wavy hair and the thin young man who were on shift November 3, 2022 at 6:00pm have NO business working there or in any field that requires interaction with other people. I went to pick up five prescriptions via drive through, she was constantly talking and laughing with the guy on shift. When she got my name pulled up, she gave me one of my prescriptions. I asked id the other four were in the system. She said no we didn't get a request for anymore than that one. I pulled ahead and pulled up the email refill conformation that said 5 requested successfully. I showed the email to her and the guy and they just looked at it smiling. Finally the girl asked "what is it from like is it a doctor, a call in, what is it?" Looking at me like I'm crazy. I had no idea that the concept of refilling a prescription was so complicated. I normally request refills and get them with no issues, I've never had to have my doctor call and request the refill for me. She checks the pc and confirms the Clonazepam (even though she previously said no more prescriptions were shown in the system for me) but said they faxed my doctor and was waiting for a reply, whole time her and the dude laughing. She still didn't even mention the other 3 prescriptions so i don't even know if those are in the system since apparently the Clonazepam was even though she said it wasn't at first. Downright awful service, and RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL people! Ive never been treated like this at any pharmacy including this one. At this point, Im not even sure if they were actual employees or two people that had just broke in to rob the place and were just winging it so customers wouldn't get suspicious. read more
