The pharmacist on site has limited hours, so be sure that you call the store to confirm the pharmacy is operating before you go to the store. They have great selections of medicine, toiletries, foods, craft items and household goods, etc. This is a great store, the only issue that I really have with it is that there are a lot of transient who frequent in and around the store, which makes it a little spooky at night in my opinion. During the daytime, several transients stand at or near the corner of the store parking lot and beg for money. I make no commentary about that... I feel sorry for people in need. I just note that it is the case.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have been trying to get my prescriptions for 3 days now. I…read moreplaced an online order for 2 grocery items and 4 prescriptions through the Walgreens app. I had to of course pay online for all 6 items, because you cannot place an online order and not pay for it--its not an option. Therefore, the store employees are aware an online order is paid for before someone picks it up. I went in the next day, and got my grocery items, then went to the pharmacy to get my 4 prescriptions. The pharmacist got my prescriptions, rung them up (I told him I placed an online for them), and said ok that will be $60-something dollars. I told him no, I ordered these online, as I stated before, so they have been paid for. He told me unless I had that code, I would have to pay to pick them up. I was not going to pay twice. So I left, called the store, asking to speak to the store manager. An employee, who I later found out gave me a fake name and stated he was a store manager, but he actually wasn't, told me the same QR code thing. I said I don't have one, where would I get it from? He gave me 3 locations (why don't they know where what their asking for is located?): in the app where i ordered them, in a text from Walgreens, or in an email from Walgreens. I looked in all three places. For the email search I typed in a search in my email, then spam, then trash, from Walgreens--it was no where to be found. He then said "Well if you are not on the store, I cannot help you." I asked why would I need to be in the store? Because you think I cannot look in an app, texts, and my own email responsibly and the QR code is actually there, I'm too stupid to find it?" HE HUNG UP ON ME. I tried to call back. They let it ring and ring and ring and ring 12 times. No one answered. So I called back , using a code that made my phone number undetectable, and of course it got picked up on the 3rd ring. This time it was a cashier. She laughed at me. Told me she can't tell me anything the other guy didn't say, so what did she want me to do? I said give me corporate's number. She gave it to me and I hung up and called corporate. I got to the customer relations person, who told me I should not have to pay for it again to get my medication, that is ridiculous. He said someone would be reaching out to me shortly. Two days go by. Meanwhile, I spoke to the store manager, who told me everything was not fixed, you can pick them up, only to go there and be told "Well, you still have to pay for them", I called corporate 3 more times over those two days, in tears, begging can I please get the medication I paid for--only to be told by multiple people in the company that unless I am willing to pay for them again, and then they would reverse the first charge and I could wait 7-10 business day for that reversal to go through, I am not getting my mediation. And then I was sent a text, 2 days after I placed the order for the medication, that said if I don't pick up my prescriptions in 24 hours, they are cancelling the order. OK, I have had medication I ordered sitting there for over a week, and the order was never cancelled. I am typing this at day 3, 2:30 pm, no one from corporate "reached out to me shortly." It is likely the pharmacy has already cancelled $60-something of medication I ALREADY PAID FOR. I have cried about 3-4 times over this. Nothing has been done. They do not care. I will never go to Walgreens again, and I contacted the local news station to see if they will pick up my story and expose the people holding medication I paid for hostage.

Coleman Pharmacy

Coleman Pharmacy

I was blamed for Coleman's failure to timely fill my prescription…read more On Tuesday, I was at my doctor appointment where, after using a sample for one month, I was prescribed the medication. I called the pharmacy to ask if it was covered by my insurance. I was told Coleman had already received the prescription from my doctor and they had requested "prior authorization" from my doctor. I mentioned this to the nurse who said there should be no problem with getting this processed. The nurse telephoned me the same day to let me know this had been submitted. Today, Friday, I telephoned Coleman to make sure the prescription was ready for me to pick up. I was told they had nothing for me, and asked what was I expecting to have ready. I told them the med, and I was told in return that they needed prior authorization. I relayed to them that the doctor's nurse said it was sent on Tuesday. Coleman then asked if I had called them, Coleman, to let them know. I said no, and was told that as a result, my prescription would not be available until next Monday. It so happens, my daughter is a licensed pharmacy tech, who confirmed Coleman was gaslighting me. It is not my fault they failed to process my prescription in a timely manner. As I was preparing to submit this review, I received a call from Coleman telling me that they had received an extra dose/package of the medication in their delivery today that I could get. This still doesn't excuse the blame game played.
