The trees they planted were not the right species and they were planted wrong according to one of their crew members - the owner of company was going to charge me to re-do the work and at full price! I treat my contractors very well and I was insulted after $ tips, great referrals, and great reviews that I made sure I provided, Frider (company owner) didn't come through for me. My response to comment below; FrIder stop. You knew we wanted evergreens and your only knowledgeable crew member who's worked in plant husbandry told your wife and me that the planting was not done right. You didn't manage this business relationship well.

After calling several other places and never getting calls back I gave these guys a call and they were happy to come out. The gave a quick estimate which was very reasonable. My boyfriend called them back to approve the work and they were understandably booked out a couple weeks. A couple days later they called to tell my boyfriend that he had estimated just a bit too high. I was really impressed as I had already approved a higher amount, but they were honest enough to correct the price in my favor. Although they said we would be a couple weeks out, they happened to find some time in between much sooner and squeezed me in. 4 guys showed up and quickly took down the branches and cleaned my entire yard. I got home just as they had finished. I have had communication troubles and language barriers with previous companies, making it harder to communicate what I wanted and ask questions. Not the case with these guys. They walked me through everything they did and were happy to answer some of our questions about part of our yard. They came back a second time at my request to do a tick treatment on my yard, spray some poison ivy and mow. As expected, they did a fantastic job! My intention was to have them come in for a twice a year cleanup, but I am having them back on a bi weekly basis for general maintenance because they really did impress me. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a friendly, fair priced, reliable landscaper. Thanks guys!
