Adrian and our driver, Brad, stayed in constant communication with us and our daughter throughout the entire process. When her flight was delayed even further, Brad remained in touch, adjusted the pickup accordingly, and made sure she arrived safely in Santa Fe. My husband gave him the physical address of the hotel we were staying at, but he drove in the opposite direction downtown and then claimed he had another fare, and since he did us a favor by driving us without a reservation, he was dropping us off MILES from our hotel and that he'd come back 30 minutes later to get us! Price point was good ($58) as was promptness (important for an airport lift). This was considerably less than the $209 I paid when arriving at ABQ at 10pm. For that I hired a car since it was so late. It's a bit confusing how late the Groome shuttles run - the times on the vm recording differ from the times posted on the website. Anyway, a good service, although the shuttle was packed. 14 passengers and a driver. I ended up having an interesting convo with another passenger, but still wish the shuttle was less packed.
