After having some frustrating experiences with other companies--calls and emails going unanswered, and even having someone come out without being able to locate our septic tank--we were absolutely thrilled with the service we received from John and Crystal.
Crystal was fantastic from the very beginning. She was prompt, professional, and courteous with communication and scheduling, and she was able to answer every question I had with knowledge and patience.
Then there was John. He arrived right on time and located our septic tank within minutes--even though it was buried in an area covered with tall weeds and briars. He uncovered it, explained everything thoroughly (and I may have asked a question or two ), and pumped the tank without a single issue.
John was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional.
It's not often that you come across a company where both the office staff and the person doing the work are this dependable and professional. John and Crystal absolutely exceeded our expectations.
