They offer complimentary breakfast which consist of buffet style and typical American breakfast offerings. The Inn is historic and has that look and feel of old time luxury with high ceilings, wood floors, and massive foyer/staircase with beautiful chandelier. They have free WiFi and I was able to get a lot of work done at the desk located in the room, in addition to getting great sleep on their oversized plush king size bed. Overall if you want something u I que and different, and don't mind spending a little bit more, this place is definitely for you!

We are already planning on stopping here again next year. The hotel was comfortable and clean and the employees were very nice. The outdoor pool was nice and private. Our room was clean and I loved the decor. Breakfast was just so so for me - we've had better at other Hamptons - but it filled us up so we didn't have to stop anywhere else before we got back on the road. But my concerns are about the treatment of my daughter and family members after spending thousands of dollars at the property. We were surprised to learn that a late check out was denied though my daughter was a diamond member and had a large party. However, it was unacceptable for management to contact law enforcement to force our party out of the hotel after my daughter asked about their policies. I hated to see my daughter in tears out of poor treatment, and my granddaughter conducting meetings outside in the cold. I have never experienced this type of treatment in all of my years and travel experiences across the world and under the Hilton brand. This was so unfortunate and disappointing. Please do better.

My only reason for the 2 star review is their pet policy. FYI to anyone, they allow pets in ANY room and no limit on pets. Felt like there were dogs everywhere. Constantly getting barked at, sharing an elevator, barking outside. Not peaceful at all. No joke, i found dog feces in the hallway twice. Unfortunately, its not the hotel, its the ignorant people that ruined my stay. People feeding their dogs from their table during breakfast! This hotel needs a pet policy or it will only be a people with dogs in the future and lose all other customers. I asked the front desk and they said they do not limit the number or the rooms people can have pets in. At the very least limit people traveling with animals to the first floor.

We stayed at the Hotel two nights in a "mobility" room which was on the 3rd floor. On the second…read morenight, a storm knocked out the power at 7:37 pm. We contacted the desk and was told it was an "Act of God" with which we agree. We then asked if they had a backup generator and told "No" which I believe is poor planning similar to the Titanic not having enough lifeboats. We were stuck on the third floor room in the dark with no A/C until 3:14 am the next morning. Having mobility issues preventing me from using the stairs. There is a Warning sign near the elevators saying in an emergency use the stairs not the elevator in an emergency. There was/is no plan to evacuate mobility challenged in case of fire or other emergency requiring a rapid exit, We contacted Hilton's Customer Service who said they would not discount the bill in anyway and as to the "mobility" room being on the 3rd floor "Use the stairs!" I wonder if they ever tried going down 3 flights of stairs at 78 years old in a wheelchair! We will never stay at a Hilton again!

None of this was mentioned anywhere during the reservation process. The TV was not working properly, the bathroom was filthy, and the room on a whole was a hot mess. I had a blanket with me, so I figured, I would lay that on the bed, get a few hours of sleep, and be on my way. I got a call from a family member, who wanted to come visit/spend the night, and I just couldn't do it, so I wound up checking out and going to another hotel. The ONLY bright spot was the lady at the front desk. I wish I could remember her name, but she was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She definitely deserves to work at a better spot than this. I wish I had taken more pics, but I wasn't there long enough. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere other than here.

We were setting in the lobby area having coffee and they kept adjusting the temperature. They say at a table and refused to make more coffee. On the morning of the 8th I had to flag down housekeeping to change me sheets and leave towels. They ran a dust mop over the bathroom and entry vinyl and pushed the dirt in a corner. From the looks of that corner it was numerous times. No service was done on the 9th at all. So we had no fresh towels. We noticed we were all getting red bug bites all over us (we had 11 rooms in our reunion group). Breakfast was lacking but the weekend staff did not want to make any more of the sausage, Baccon and hash browns once they were gone. Once coffee was gone they did not want to make any. Not a very pleasant stay and we will definitely use a different facility next year.

We stayed one night during fall break on a special fall rate at $125 for a studio room. The room is large with a refrigerator, bar area, small kitchen table and luxury vinyl flooring & couch seating area.. The bed was comfortable and all amenities were upscale. One downside is that there is no tub and my wife enjoys a nice, soaking, hot bath. No option there. Really, this was a nice stay, but most of the amenities were closed due to Covid and it was a Monday night, weeknight, so the bar area was closed. It looks to be a very nice hotel if things were back to normal.
